3-Star Hotels in Ya'an

Lovely and clean small hotel with excellent staff. Very close to the Panda Valley.  They helped us to organise taxi from Ya‘an railway station, took us with their car to buy tickets and drove and picked us up to and from the Panda Valley. They offer yummy home-cooked meals. Breakfast was excellent!Alltogether it was a fantastic stay!

The hotel service was quite good from start to finish, with a welcome tea break upon arrival and a gift bag upon departure. However, the hotel needs to improve beyond just superficial appearances. First, regarding the room design: two single beds without bedside tables or power outlets, it seems the room wasn't originally designed this way. But since it was changed, these functionalities should be included. Cleanliness is fundamental; there were cigarette butts on the windowsill and long hair on the pillow. The push-button telephone wasn't set up, and I didn't know the front desk number. I had to message the butler to bring two bottles of water, which took at least 10 minutes to arrive. This wasn't the staff's fault; these are management issues, and I hope the staff won't be punished. Since your hotel values ​​service so much, you should focus on the core fundamentals. This is essential for long-term development. These suggestions aren't meant to complain about anyone; I just hope your hotel continues to improve. This is an objective and truthful review.

Highly recommended. When choosing a accommodation, cleanliness and comfort are the most important factors. In terms of cleanliness, it was very clean; the countertops, floors, sheets, and bedspreads were all well-maintained. As for comfort, the floor-to-ceiling windows offered scenic views, the room layout was modern and cozy, and each room had a private hot spring. The hotel's exterior was also beautiful. Furthermore, it's conveniently located, only about a 15-minute walk from the scenic area entrance. The owner was very welcoming, providing free shuttle service within the Bifengxia Scenic Area and helping with tour planning—I barely had to make any plans, as the owner arranged everything for me. The guesthouse also had many flowers, and the owner's mother cooked delicious meals, which I packed to take with me when I set off on my tour in the morning. Between guesthouses and hotels, well-run guesthouses tend to have more personal touches and are more interesting. In short, it's a place that gets more comfortable the longer you stay; warm and inviting, highly recommended.

The biggest feature of this B&B is the lake view. Whether it is by the window of the guest room, the window of the restaurant, or the balcony, you can see the lake view everywhere. The lake is beautiful, and so is the B&B. here is the image. Single-family cabin, very private. I particularly commend two details: the electric blanket is divided into left and right sides, so that people on the other side who don’t want to warm up can also turn it off and adjust it by themselves! Towels and bath towels are disposable! We ordered ******* hot pot for dinner. The two girls couldn't finish it. There were so many dishes and it was very rich. The noodles for breakfast were delicious and the boss made them very well👍

It is a homestay, very close to the entrance to see the pandas, within 3 minutes, the room is spacious, the decoration is good, very quiet, you can only eat in the hotel at night, the Ya fish is expensive, the other prices are similar to those at the foot of the mountain, the portion is sufficient, one dish and one soup are not enough for 2 people, the meal is 3 yuan per person, a bit expensive; there will be crisp sounds of birds in the morning, breakfast is 4 pickles, steamed buns are given according to people, one per person, you can ask for more after eating, and there is one egg per person, porridge is free to eat, breakfast is simple in general, steamed buns are the most delicious, put 4 vegetables in the steamed buns is a Chinese hamburger; service is generally no service, there is no phone if you need something, you have to go downstairs to ask, the boss is a young, handsome and sunny guy, warm and friendly, will pick up and send to the wildlife park visitor center, worthy of praise! In general, I am quite satisfied

We had the most wonderful time at Yehouxi Homestay! The location is beautiful and the rooms and clean and comfortable. Even though we did not speak Mandarin our hosts made us feel welcome and to teach us about local tea and the local environment. She took us on a walk around the area and helped us to collect leaves and flowers which we then used for a leaf pressing activity. Our host even picked us up from the station and dropped us back which made the stay very easy with our limited language skills. We highly recommend this homestay! The food from the restaurant was warm, tasty and nourishing.

It's very close to the scenic area; free parking is available in the hotel's parking lot, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the zoo entrance. I recommend parking at the hotel the next day, as there's no parking available at the zoo entrance. The room is large, and the 2-meter bed is spacious. It can comfortably accommodate two adults and two children. The room facilities are quite good for a guesthouse in the area, offering great value for money. It has a smart speaker, and the toilet and shower are both TOTO brand, and the mattress is also nice. The elevator in Building A is a plus, so even with a lot of kids and stuff, it's not a problem. The XGIMI projector has excellent picture quality at night. You can play cartoons in the evening and have fun with the kids without them bothering you.

I was very satisfied with the room; it was well-equipped, clean, and hygienic, with a great environment. Being in the first row, I could see the sea of clouds right from the door. The butler service was top-notch; they picked us up at the entrance, helped with our luggage, and delivered breakfast to our room. The room also came with two complimentary oxygen cans and two bottles of mineral water. They even provided us with navigation for the ascent in advance and arranged all the procedures for the small car to go up the mountain. After we left, they checked in to make sure we arrived safely at our next destination. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied. Thank you again!

The hotel has excellent facilities and amenities. The breakfast was delicious and suited my taste. There's parking available at the entrance, and you can easily leave by scanning a QR code at the front desk. The receptionist greeted me warmly as soon as I entered the elevator, and there was a pleasant, subtle fragrance (I personally love this scent). Both the facilities and the service were exceptionally comfortable. The room was clean, and there was complimentary bottled water. Surprisingly, there was a washing machine, although I wasn't very familiar with it. The receptionist helped me set it up and even dried the room. Overall, I was very satisfied and had a very pleasant stay. Definitely worth a stay.
