We booked two king-size rooms, which were spacious enough for our children. The service was excellent, with a shuttle bus available to the restaurant and lobby. The restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast was varied. The overall setting was pleasant, nestled against the mountainside, reminiscent of a Japanese style. The pool was reportedly under repair for two weeks and still not finished, and the door locks in the rooms seemed a bit worn. Otherwise, we were very satisfied, and the children had a great time in the hot springs.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area, right at the foot of Mengding Mountain. For those who appreciate peace and tranquility, it's an excellent choice. The setting itself is both natural and elegant. After a recent evening rain, the air was crisp, and we were treated to a beautiful view of Mengding Mountain wreathed in clouds and mist. This stay was a significant improvement over previous visits, with the front desk staff being particularly friendly and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was also of a good standard, and I frequently observed staff members checking in on guests. The family room was exceptionally spacious and thoughtfully equipped with numerous animal plush toys, which the children absolutely adored. A minor suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the visibility or clarity of the safety markings on the walls in the underground parking garage. Overall, this summarizes our experience during the stay.
