The online voice call using Trip.com only has Japanese phone recording, so it must have been after office hours. I once asked Trip.com customer service to help contact the hotel and asked for a real reservation or email address, but the reservation was rejected and the email was not responded to. The whole process gave the impression that the hotel did not want guests to successfully reserve a shuttle bus. I hope the hotel can improve this. The name always has the word "international" in it, so I hope the service can also connect to international customers.
