住宿條件極差，去酒店需要通過一個黑漆漆的地下車庫，然後在一個小走廊看到電梯，上到一層。在一間房間遇到一個奶奶，辦理入住，操作有些慢。沒想到還要交按金，在網上訂好之後還必須交按金才能辦理入住，否則你在網上訂好都沒用。然後訂的是大床房，到那之後又沒有，衹能換成電競房，電競房特別狹窄。可能有個9平面左右。外面是公共空間，感覺都沒有收拾，廁所就更不用説了，馬桶上一些黃色的污漬。服務態度極差，出個門盒回來都需要找老闆，要不然進不去。！！！電腦鍵盤上特別特別臟，一點都對不起這個價格。還有一點補充的，空調噪音賊大，就像有鄰居在耳邊裝修一樣大的聲音。

第一次來延安，隨便找了個住的地方看着這家還不錯，就選了來了以後，沒房間了，讓你換了個房間房間隔音差，用的是木板隔音，晚上太吵，有奇奇怪怪的異響，外面説話聲，聊天聲，口哨聲，不絕於耳，半夜兩三點還有聲音，我一晚上都沒睡着（太吵了）睡眠輕的人的建議避坑

臟亂差，而且沒有空調，沒有獨立衞生間，沒有衞生紙，沒有毛巾，馬桶臟的還不如公共廁所。這是我十幾年來住的最差的酒店，還130元呢
