The hotel also has a takeout spot downstairs, and the fried dough sticks in the morning are freshly made, with good soy milk too. A very satisfying experience!"

Environment: The terrace was right outside the door, a stone's throw from the snow view. It's early December now; it should be even more beautiful in a month or two. Service: We experienced the attentive care expected of a Starwood hotel. Thank you to butler Xiao Feng for his assistance during our stay."

"The room was very clean, bright and tidy, with a high ceiling that felt very comfortable. Entering the hotel lobby felt spacious and airy, a feeling that continued into the room. The room was a good size, with plenty of cabinets and a table, very convenient and comfortable. The soundproofing was generally good; only people walking and talking near the room door were noticeably quiet. The window seemed to have a slight crack; you could hear some wind whistling, but I was almost awake at the time. Parking was easy; there were plenty of parking spaces. We arrived in the early morning, and the front desk checked us in very quickly, which was great. I would definitely come back next time. By the way, it's not far from Furen Lane Night Market. We drove there, arrived at 2 pm, and there were still shops and stalls open when we went to find something to eat."

I highly recommend trying the 'hollow noodles' that were featured in 'A Bite of China' – many other hotels nearby don't offer this for breakfast, only this one does! Staying at Zhiping Hotel (Qingshui Tianhe Branch) is definitely the way to go."

"A typical cave dwelling style in northern Shaanxi, the stone cave has seven floors, which are large in scale and magnificent. Each floor has a long opening, giving people a comfortable feeling. It is just opposite the Yangjialing Revolutionary Site, about a 10-minute walk away. I chose an ordinary large kang room, which the children like very much. It is very comfortable for a family of three to sit cross-legged on the kang. The room layout is reasonable, neat and clean. The only regret is that due to the influence of the topography, the bathroom has a slight odor. Closing the door and turning on the exhaust fan can solve this flaw. There is no perfect thing in the world. If you come to northern Shaanxi, you must experience the cave. It is warm in winter and cool in summer. The price is reasonable. It can make family and children happy, which is better than anything else! A very good choice"

"Facilities: The facilities are outdated. The cover outside the electrical meter in the room was missing, and half of the showerhead fell out of the wall while I was showering. I contacted the front desk for repairs, and the repairman had to stand on a chair in the room to fix it. After he left, he used a towel from the bathroom to wipe the chair. Cleanliness: There was cigarette ash on the floor upon entering the room, and the bathroom blinds were covered in years of accumulated cigarette grease. The leather seats under the windows were oily and dusty from not being cleaned for a long time. Environment: The overall environment was okay, but it's too old and needs renovation or more maintenance. Service: The front desk staff changed our room. The first room had a broken showerhead, and the second room had a toilet that kept flushing and a cracked sink. However, the front desk staff did their best to change our room and gave me some snacks before I left. Overall, the experience was not good. Although the price wasn't high, I didn't need special services, but cleanliness is the most important thing for a hotel. This hotel was far from clean. I think everyone should choose carefully!"
