The owner called ahead to remind us, which made the experience more enjoyable and allowed us to appreciate the natural beauty. Hygiene: It can't compare to a hotel. Being right outside the door, it's dusty and there are bound to be some insects. Those with a strong aversion to dirt should be cautious and avoid this option. Facilities: The owner has done a great job. Everything you need is there, showing care and attention: smart controls, TV stand adjustment, fresh air system… Service: A big thumbs up to the owner – a man of few words but decisive action, clear thinking, and strong execution. No wasted words, just keeping his word. After seeing so many insincere smiles and empty pleasantries from the service industry on the road, this owner is a breath of fresh air. The stay experience exceeded expectations. It is a highly recommended quality hotel. Special thanks to the housekeeper for her meticulous service. When she found out that we brought children with us, she took the initiative to prepare extra toiletries. The quality is very good and very high-end! The front desk was very professional during check-in and check-out, and upgraded our room, which was very cost-effective.

The B&B boasts an excellent location, nestled in Nioweizhai village within the Qiankun Bay Scenic Area. From here, it's a quick 5-minute drive to the end of the road, followed by a pleasant 3-4 minute walk past Longwang Temple, where you'll discover a fantastic viewing platform. This spot offers the absolute best perspective of Qing Shui Bay (Clear Water Bay), one of Qiankun Bay's three main attractions, even surpassing the paid viewing area! It was my first time staying in a *yaodong* (cave dwelling). While it's a replica, not an authentic one, the experience was incredibly immersive and enjoyable. The room itself was spacious, featuring a huge, clean bed. The decor, with local elements like Shaanbei paper cuttings, truly highlighted the distinctive regional character. The guesthouse features a sizable courtyard with convenient parking right at the entrance. The yard is brimming with various home-grown vegetables, which the owners thoughtfully use to prepare fresh, eco-friendly meals for their guests. Nights here are wonderfully quiet, and the stars shine brilliantly in the sky – making it the perfect place to stay for a few extra days to simply relax and unwind. The service was exceptionally warm and hospitable; the owners were always ready to provide detailed information and answer any questions first-time visitors might have. Overall, a perfect five-star experience!

This is my second time here. The room is clean, tidy, and well-arranged. It's equipped with a smart assistant, and they even have a robot for room service. The hotel pays attention to requests and called me beforehand to ask if I needed airport pickup. The front desk staff are gentle and thoughtful. Although the hotel's location is a bit out of the way, Yan'an is a small city. As long as you're not going to the New Area, a 10-minute taxi ride will get you anywhere. Getting to Erdao Street also only takes about ten minutes.

Up to expectations. The views from all rooms are superb. The staff service is extraordinary. I would like especially mention 冯女士 professional help and customer care. My suitecase was suddenly locked, and 冯女士 found who could solve the issue. Honestly highly recommended.

It is very close to the tourist service center of the scenic spot, just a few minutes walk. The room is large, clean and cool, the bed is very comfortable, the toiletries are complete, and the towels and bath towels are very clean. The proprietress is the recommendation officer of the scenic spot and can drive tourists into the canyon. The seven-seater car costs 200 yuan (70/person and you have to pay for the car). But firstly, it avoids the peak crowds. Secondly, she will help take photos at the most essential scenic spots. The photography skills are very high, and they took a lot of wonderful photos for us. The food is also delicious. The yard is very big, where we can relax in the shade, drink tea and relax. Will recommend to family and friends to stay here.

The location and environment are superb, making it easy to visit Pagoda Hill and enjoy delicious Shaanxi cuisine all in one place. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the facilities are well-maintained, and there's a reliable hot water supply. The service is heartwarming; the front desk staff patiently answered all our travel questions. The hotel is impeccably clean, with soft, skin-friendly bedding free of dust and odors. Free laundry service makes laundry easy. A perfect stay for the whole family!

It's located directly across from Yan'an Train Station and next to the bus terminal, making it convenient for intercity travel. While the accommodations are inexpensive, they don't offer the usual bottled water and require a 100 yuan deposit. I've stayed at dozens of hotels in China, but this was the first time I've been asked for a deposit. Yan'an is the starting point for my trip to the Wucha Grand Canyon.
