Environment: It's a genuine cave dwelling. Because it's located in a village, the journey is a bit rustic. The owner called ahead to remind us, which made the experience more enjoyable and allowed us to appreciate the natural beauty. Hygiene: It can't compare to a hotel. Being right outside the door, it's dusty and there are bound to be some insects. Those with a strong aversion to dirt should be cautious and avoid this option. Facilities: The owner has done a great job. Everything you need is there, showing care and attention: smart controls, TV stand adjustment, fresh air system… Service: A big thumbs up to the owner – a man of few words but decisive action, clear thinking, and strong execution. No wasted words, just keeping his word. After seeing so many insincere smiles and empty pleasantries from the service industry on the road, this owner is a breath of fresh air. The stay experience exceeded expectations. It is a highly recommended quality hotel. Special thanks to the housekeeper for her meticulous service. When she found out that we brought children with us, she took the initiative to prepare extra toiletries. The quality is very good and very high-end! The front desk was very professional during check-in and check-out, and upgraded our room, which was very cost-effective.

The courtyard is wonderfully comfortable, filled with both flowers and fresh produce. The owners are exceptionally warm, welcoming, and diligent. They prepare delicious meals using ingredients freshly picked from their own garden, which includes tomatoes, cucumbers, winter melon, daylilies, bitter greens, watermelons, Chinese melon, and a variety of other fruits and vegetables. We arrived on Friday for the weekend, and it even rained, creating a delightfully cool breeze in the courtyard. The expansive views offered a panoramic vista of the unique Loess Plateau landscape. We definitely plan to return in the autumn with our children and parents for another stay.

I stayed in the first room on the left after exiting the elevator on the fourth floor. The window was by the stairs. There was a slipper under the bed, which suggests they never clean under there. Upstairs, there must be a KTV because I could hear singing until 1 or 2 AM, which disturbed my sleep. Plus, there was a low-frequency noise, probably from some large equipment room near the unit. Parking was also quite tight, though that might have been due to the May Day holiday; I'm not sure what it's usually like. Now for the good points: The bathroom had a three-way split design (separate toilet, shower, and sink areas), and they provided face towels. The bedding was comfortable, and breakfast was plentiful. I'd recommend booking a higher floor to avoid the noise.

There's a food court downstairs, and it's very close to Wanda Plaza on Erdao Street. There's also a bus stop downstairs with direct access to the airport and train station. Upstairs, there's a fully equipped laundry room with smart voice control.

The guesthouse is a five-minute walk from the scenic area ticket office. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. The owner was very welcoming and helped us carry our luggage upstairs. The yard can park five or six cars. We ate at the guesthouse; the mother-in-law's cooking was excellent. Breakfast was ten yuan per person, including two vegetable dishes, an egg, a steamed bun, and the highly recommended millet porridge. If possible, they could upgrade the TV to a larger one. For a one-night stay at Ganquan Grand Canyon, Feng Meizi's place offers great value.

Very convenient location, 5 minutes walks from Yan An Railway station. Though is not in the main CBD, can catch many buses to go downtown. We had booked a non smoking room, but was given a smoking room instead, when we asked for the change, hotel staff sent housekeeping to take away ash tray and spray the room with air freshener which didn’t work and said that it was beyond their control if others to smoke inside the room. After some insistence then only the staff acceded to our request. The recovery service was then followed with daily provision of fresh salads and breakfast voucher which we were much appreciated for these token.

The hotel is located in Rongchang International on Zaoyuan Road, with very convenient transportation and a beautiful surrounding environment. The rooms are well-equipped, clean, and tidy. Xiao Cao at the front desk provides attentive service, and the staff are warm, friendly, and professional. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone traveling for business or leisure.

Highly recommend Yan'an Fenglin Hotel (Baota Mountain Branch)! The location is superb, within walking distance of Baota Mountain, and surrounded by supermarkets and local Shaanxi restaurants, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The rooms are brand new and fully equipped, with soft bedding and a separate shower and toilet, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The front desk staff are warm and efficient, proactively recommending sightseeing routes – very thoughtful and attentive. The entire room is spotless, with pristine white linens and no unpleasant odors; the housekeeping is meticulous and thorough. A perfect stay – a must-choose when visiting Yan'an!

The room is not big, but it is hygienic and has basic facilities. It is right opposite the train station. It is very convenient to take the train at night. It is better not to ask for a room of 120 a night. However, the air conditioner leaked within an hour after moving in. , all our bags got wet, and we temporarily changed rooms. We only stayed for three hours in total, and then took the train. We temporarily rented a house opposite the train station just to have a good rest. After all this time, why should we rest? . Originally, Ctrip had the right to upgrade the room when booking, but they told us that we could only upgrade to a standard room with a window. We originally booked a room with a window, so what is the upgrade? I'm speechless... I only stayed for three hours, and I didn't bother to talk to them. I just made do with it, but I was not satisfied with the overall service and accommodation.
