GGuest UserEnvironment: It's a genuine cave dwelling. Because it's located in a village, the journey is a bit rustic. The owner called ahead to remind us, which made the experience more enjoyable and allowed us to appreciate the natural beauty.
Hygiene: It can't compare to a hotel. Being right outside the door, it's dusty and there are bound to be some insects. Those with a strong aversion to dirt should be cautious and avoid this option.
Facilities: The owner has done a great job. Everything you need is there, showing care and attention: smart controls, TV stand adjustment, fresh air system…
Service: A big thumbs up to the owner – a man of few words but decisive action, clear thinking, and strong execution. No wasted words, just keeping his word. After seeing so many insincere smiles and empty pleasantries from the service industry on the road, this owner is a breath of fresh air. Wishing him booming business and all the best!

GGuest UserThe stay experience exceeded expectations. It is a highly recommended quality hotel. Special thanks to the housekeeper for her meticulous service. When she found out that we brought children with us, she took the initiative to prepare extra toiletries. The quality is very good and very high-end! The front desk was very professional during check-in and check-out, and upgraded our room, which was very cost-effective.

GGuest UserThe courtyard is wonderfully comfortable, filled with both flowers and fresh produce. The owners are exceptionally warm, welcoming, and diligent. They prepare delicious meals using ingredients freshly picked from their own garden, which includes tomatoes, cucumbers, winter melon, daylilies, bitter greens, watermelons, Chinese melon, and a variety of other fruits and vegetables.
We arrived on Friday for the weekend, and it even rained, creating a delightfully cool breeze in the courtyard. The expansive views offered a panoramic vista of the unique Loess Plateau landscape.
We definitely plan to return in the autumn with our children and parents for another stay.

WWangwangxuebingovoThis is my second time here. The room is clean, tidy, and well-arranged. It's equipped with a smart assistant, and they even have a robot for room service. The hotel pays attention to requests and called me beforehand to ask if I needed airport pickup. The front desk staff are gentle and thoughtful. Although the hotel's location is a bit out of the way, Yan'an is a small city. As long as you're not going to the New Area, a 10-minute taxi ride will get you anywhere. Getting to Erdao Street also only takes about ten minutes.

GGuest UserIt is very close to the tourist service center of the scenic spot, just a few minutes walk. The room is large, clean and cool, the bed is very comfortable, the toiletries are complete, and the towels and bath towels are very clean.
The proprietress is the recommendation officer of the scenic spot and can drive tourists into the canyon. The seven-seater car costs 200 yuan (70/person and you have to pay for the car). But firstly, it avoids the peak crowds. Secondly, she will help take photos at the most essential scenic spots. The photography skills are very high, and they took a lot of wonderful photos for us. The food is also delicious. The yard is very big, where we can relax in the shade, drink tea and relax. Will recommend to family and friends to stay here.

Its location is perfect and very convenient for getting around. Ganquan Middle School is right in front of the hotel, full of youthful atmosphere. Zhuangji Noodle Shop in the back street is a treasure trove, with a variety of Shaanxi snacks that are so authentic that they will make you praise them!
The hotel room is clean and tidy, spotless, which makes people feel happy. The service is also very enthusiastic, and the staff always greets you with a smile, making people feel particularly warm. Living here, you can not only taste delicious food, but also enjoy comfort and intimacy. It is really satisfying!

MM.O.T.A.S around the worldGreat value for money. the hotel is in a good location on a very commercial street, yet the noise does not filter to the room. beds were clean and comfortable, the bathroom had separate shower room was clean and toiletries provided. welcoming fruit was nice and fresh, breakfast was the standard vegetables, congee and rice. would definitely visit again, staff were friendly and very patient dealing with our foreign passports.

The front desk service is particularly thoughtful and intimate. The room was not hygienic, especially clean. Ask the waiter to send water, adjust the TV, on call, the service is very good. It is better not to ask for a room of 120 a night. However, the air conditioner leaked within an hour after moving in. , all our bags got wet, and we temporarily changed rooms. We only stayed for three hours in total, and then took the train. We temporarily rented a house opposite the train station just to have a good rest. After all this time, why should we rest? . Originally, Ctrip had the right to upgrade the room when booking, but they told us that we could only upgrade to a standard room with a window. We originally booked a room with a window, so what is the upgrade? I'm speechless... I only stayed for three hours, and I didn't bother to talk to them. I just made do with it, but I was not satisfied with the overall service and accommodation.
