3-Star Hotels in Yan'an

I genuinely and highly recommend this hotel. I travel frequently for work and leisure, staying in many hotels, but this is the first time I've felt compelled to leave a glowing review. First off, the room is very spacious and incredibly comfortable. It seems like it was renovated recently, as the facilities are excellent, and everything is spotless and tidy! What I loved most is that the toilet and shower are separate! I was very satisfied with the room arrangement [strong]. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the front desk attendant warmly greeted me and quickly handled check-in. The hotel lobby features many calligraphies and paintings for guests to admire, a tea bar area, and numerous antique items. Overall, the hotel's ambiance is very appealing. The parking lot is large and convenient. The hotel breakfast is also very rich, offering some local specialties from Yan'an, such as 'He Zha Mian' (mixed noodles) and 'Yang Yu Cha Cha' (forked potato dish). They tasted absolutely wonderful [strong]! Next time I come to Yan'an, I will definitely choose this hotel again. It was a truly memorable stay, and I hope Shengxin Hotel continues to thrive [strong].

The hotel also has a water machine, and the room has a bucket of water, which is very convenient. There is also a souvenir when leaving the store. My God, this is too righteous! Opposite the hotel is the restaurant. The restaurant charges reasonable and tastes good. It is recommended to recommend braised fish, fried beef with Hangjiao, scrambled eggs with Xihongxuan, mushroom soup, fried vegetables, and wowotou. What else I forgot, yes, the front desk sister is so caring, and also helped me dry clothes~ Thank you very much! Have the opportunity to come and live here.

The room was clean and tidy, and they even provided slippers for the kids. The breakfast was plentiful, and my husband said the chicken noodle soup was delicious! This was the most comfortable hotel we stayed at during this trip. If you're visiting Hukou Waterfall, I highly recommend this place.

There's a large free parking lot with directions. The room was spacious, the bed was clean, and the shower was excellent. It's very convenient to the scenic area. I walked to Erdao Night Market that night to eat some lamb trotters. The front desk service was excellent. Because it was hot, I asked for water several times, and they brought it immediately. When we checked out, they gave us a few more bottles of water and told us to drink plenty of water. The price was right, the service was great, and I would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

I can’t remember whether the room I stayed in was 210 or that room. Outside the window was a very dirty rubbish building and ditch, devastated and in ruins. Of course, this place was beyond the scope of the hotel and I couldn’t control it. The hotel room is very clean. The breakfast has authentic delicious potato tzacha. The front desk clerk, restaurant waiter, and security guard all provide very good service. Thumbs up👍🏻 There has been a strange sound at night, and it sounded just when I was about to go to sleep. The security guard came, the sound disappeared, and soon it started again. It was creepy all night long, and I was always half awake and half asleep. In the early morning of the next day, after running, I was soaked until there was no dry place, because it rained very heavily that day in Yan'an. I turned on the faucet to take a shower, but it made the same strange noise as last night. There was no water, not at all, but the water was smaller than urine. It turns out that the sound last night came from the faucet wall.

It's okay. The price of the special price room is really suitable, but the hygiene needs to be improved. Maybe it's because there are fewer people staying in the special price room. Everything is good. Breakfast is OK and parking is convenient.

We arrived in the evening. It's not far from Baota Mountain, in the Baota District. Parking is a bit difficult; there are very limited spaces. However, the overall environment is quite nice. The room cleanliness was just average. The bed was large and comfortable. It's a good choice for traveling with children and family! The service was very good, but the breakfast was a bit too simple.

Service awareness and quality need improvement. I've stayed for two days, and by 2:30 PM the room still hadn't been cleaned, and there was no toilet paper. The front desk said they would clean it in the morning, and they did clean both sides of my room! I don't know why. I also didn't get to enjoy the benefits offered by the platform (the front desk said I could upgrade the next day). Considering that changing rooms again would be a frustrating situation for both of us, I decided to just let it go. It's close to the scenic area.

The location is superb, within walking distance of Baota Mountain, and surrounded by supermarkets and local Shaanxi restaurants, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The rooms are brand new and fully equipped, with soft bedding and a separate shower and toilet, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The front desk staff are warm and efficient, proactively recommending sightseeing routes – very thoughtful and attentive. The entire room is spotless, with pristine white linens and no unpleasant odors; the housekeeping is meticulous and thorough. A perfect stay – a must-choose when visiting Yan'an!

The room was cleaned, the hygiene was particularly in place, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was good, and the night was very stable.
