Yan'an Hotels with Gym

I traveled with my family during the Chinese New Year, and it was our first time in Yan'an, so we chose this hotel. The value for money was excellent, and the price before the Spring Festival was very reasonable. The room was super spacious, with large, bright floor-to-ceiling windows, and it was clean and tidy. The breakfast was fantastic and delivered right to our room. The location is great, very close to Baota Mountain and also near the Erdaojie morning market!

I booked this hotel because it had a stellar 5.0-star rating, and my stay was absolutely fantastic! The experience was top-notch! The location is super convenient, just a few hundred meters from Wuyue Plaza, making it an easy walk. Exploring Yan'an was a breeze. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, and the attention to detail made the stay so comfortable. The value for money is outstanding, and the breakfast was especially rich and varied. I highly recommend trying the 'hollow noodles' that were featured in 'A Bite of China' – many other hotels nearby don't offer this for breakfast, only this one does! Staying at Zhiping Hotel (Qingshui Tianhe Branch) is definitely the way to go.

I had a booking and was already checked in. Around midnight, I received a call asking if I was staying at the hotel, which woke me up. Then, past 1 AM, they arranged for new guests to check in right next to my room. This scared my child and me in the middle of the night! The front desk couldn't even explain the situation clearly when I called them. I couldn't get any sleep the entire night!!

I picked this hotel as a jump-off point to visit Guanquan Canyon and Jingbian Wave Valley. It's located in Baota district of Yan'an. The location is great as it's only five minutes walk from the Yan'an High Speed Railway Station. Even if you have big luggage like mine, it's still manageable walk to the hotel. The hotel reception was wonderful. One of the girls, unfortunately I didn't take her name, was extremely helpful and tried hard to retrieve the packages I ordered to the hotel from several storage locations for me. It shows that she was dedicated to her job to assist guests without complaints. Breakfast is available and included in my reservation. It's standard Chinese breakfast. They even provided warm orange juice which I surprisingly like. The hotel has a self-service laundry room with free detergent. This is a great plus for me. The only complain I may have is, although this is not a unique situation in China, the stinkiness of cigarette smoking in the room and corridor. Thankfully it's March when I visited as I had to close window as cigarette smell came through the window. This is very unfortunate indeed.

This is my second time here. The room is clean, tidy, and well-arranged. It's equipped with a smart assistant, and they even have a robot for room service. The hotel pays attention to requests and called me beforehand to ask if I needed airport pickup. The front desk staff are gentle and thoughtful. Although the hotel's location is a bit out of the way, Yan'an is a small city. As long as you're not going to the New Area, a 10-minute taxi ride will get you anywhere. Getting to Erdao Street also only takes about ten minutes.

The stay experience exceeded expectations. It is a highly recommended quality hotel. Special thanks to the housekeeper for her meticulous service. When she found out that we brought children with us, she took the initiative to prepare extra toiletries. The quality is very good and very high-end! The front desk was very professional during check-in and check-out, and upgraded our room, which was very cost-effective.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, directly opposite Baota Mountain. A food street with delicious and affordable options is just a left turn from the hotel entrance. It's also incredibly convenient for exploring Qingliang Mountain, Erdao Street Night Market, or Wanda Plaza, all within a 10-15 minute walk. As a 4-star hotel, the facilities are quite new and the service is good. A special shout-out to the front desk attendant, Xiao@Zhe@Miao@, who was incredibly warm and patient, and promptly resolved a minor issue during our stay.

The room was quite nice and unique. There are electric shuttle golf carts for transfers up and down, though the road can be a bit bumpy. The bed was very comfortable, the toilet had a heated seat, hot water came on quickly, and the room was clean. It's about 500 meters from the Yangjiaping Revolutionary Site. Each room has a red light outside the door, which creates a special ambiance when lit at night. Overall, it's worth staying, but the price could be a bit lower.

The room also has a balcony around it is really good. It is a kind of park. It is very close to the Huangdi Mausoleum. The waiter at the front desk is very good and caring. Thoughtful, anyway, I think it’s okay. The hotel is very long.

Very satisfactory 3 nights stay at Jinze hotel during our recent visit to Yan’an. Hotel room is clean and spacious, bed is comfortable. Very strategic location at the city centre, walkable to QingLiang Hill and the famous food street. Getting a taxi or DIDI is easy. We enjoyed the breakfast served in the hotel which comes with good variety and mostly local dishes. What impressed me most is the friendly staffs who are always enthusiastic to offer help and travel advice. The hotel in-house restaurants offer delicious food that comes with very reasonable price. Not surprisingly that we had several enjoyable meals at the hotel restaurant. The hotel staff also offered us free souvenirs when we checked out. Appreciate the kind gesture very much 😁. No doubt I would recommend this hotel to anyone who will visit Yan’an.
