"I accidentally booked the wrong room type, as I wanted one with a view of Qingliangshan at night. Luckily, there was a room available, and the kind young lady at the front desk helped me upgrade to a scenic room for a small difference in price. The room facilities were all excellent. While waiting to check in, as there were many people, I enjoyed the complimentary black tea at the front desk – it was really good. The hotel also features some antique TVs and sewing machines. The calligraphy and paintings in the hallway are truly remarkable; I walked around every floor as if I were at an art exhibition. Although the hotel has been around for some years, it's well-maintained and refurbished, clean and hygienic. All the facilities and equipment are also very complete and well-maintained. Whether it was the front desk staff or the cleaning ladies I encountered, everyone greeted me warmly. A very pleasant experience overall."

"The hotel is grand and the room is big. However, the aircon in our room was spoilt and the temperature of the room was unpleasant. Luckily, the weather was cooling and we had to open up the balcony door to cool the room for the night. Aircon technician spent an hour fixing the aircon but it was worse. The aircon started leaking water at the luggage storage throughout the night, with the sound of the leaking water affecting our sleep. But our traveling company had no issues with their rooms."

The hotel has a great environment, and most importantly, it's very clean, so we extended our stay for another day. Your hotel's management also pays great attention to detail; they called us to confirm our itinerary and arranged for a business car to pick us up from the high-speed rail station. Upon departure, they arranged a private car to take us to the airport, making us feel the warmth and hospitality of the people from this old revolutionary area. I especially want to thank the lovely lady driver who was very enthusiastic and gave us recommendations for nearby attractions, food, and important tips along the way. All in all, my trip to Yan'an left a deep impression on me, and I deeply admire this city."

"It is near the Yanan Railway Station. Many small eateries nearby and there is a mini store just next door which sells a good variety of goods. The front desk staff is very helpful and pleasant. The tour agent Ms Xiao Ma provides good tour recommendations and is professional. Highly recommend this hotel."

The location is particularly good, just opposite the Pagoda Mountain, convenient to travel, surrounded by Erdao Street Night Market, the room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the sleep is very stable. "Hygiene is very good. The location is great, right next to the train station. The waiter at the front desk in the lobby was very nice and answered all questions. The elevator is relatively old. The hotel's disposable supplies are insufficient, and less than 20 paper towels are given out every day. I have complained to the front desk and the cleaning lady but there has been no improvement. I hope the hotel can be more ”grand”."
