The room is very cozy, with calligraphy and paintings on the wall, books to read on the desk, clean and tidy, equipped with air conditioning, smart toilet, smart curtains, etc. I lived on the seventh floor and saw that there was a free gym available. It's like returning to your own home, very comfortable. The next morning, I found that the buffet restaurant still had a wide variety of food, including cold dishes, hot dishes, snacks, milk, bread, etc. It is a very good hotel with a high cost performance ratio. There are very few hotels like this nowadays. Moreover, the hotel is very close to the scenic area. It is very convenient to take a taxi or bus. There is a bus stop at the entrance of the high-speed railway station. It is worth recommending. This hotel is a must-choose when you come to Yan'an next time.

Secondly, I thought the deluxe room and the special room would be different from each other after looking at the hotel room type introduction. But when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that they were the same. It's hard to describe...Finally, the deluxe room I booked a long time in advance was more expensive and worse than the state guest room the day before. After I questioned it at the front desk, there was no reasonable solution, and my mood fell to the bottom... After checking in with an imperfect mood, the rumbling sound in the room caused me to feel uncomfortable. Fortunately, the room renovation department and a male staff member of the engineering department actively helped to solve the problem. Finally, around 10 o'clock in the evening, after about an hour, the exhaust noise of the bathroom was slightly reduced.

Facilities: Complete and everything that should be there, but it is quite old, an old hotel. The toilet was originally separated into dry and wet areas. Due to years of disrepair, there is no sealing strip at the bottom of the bathroom door. Every time I take a shower, water will leak under the sink. The floor drain under the sink seems to be blocked and does not drain, causing a lot of water on the ground. Sanitation: The check-in is very clean. We stayed for four nights. The daily cleaning was very sloppy, and only some necessary items were replenished. Towels and bathrobes were not replaced. Shampoo and bath gel were not replenished in time. But as long as you and the waiter ask for it, they will be delivered to you as soon as possible. Environment: The room is large and transparent. You can see Pagoda Mountain from the window. The night view is also beautiful. You can sit on the toffee chair to drink tea and watch the night view. The hotel is in a prime location. It is within walking distance to major attractions, especially Pagoda Mountain, Qingliang Mountain, Taihe Mountain, Erdao Street Night Market, etc. Service: The front desk service is warm and responsive. The attitude is super good and super friendly. Warm and cozy goodnight porridge for two: very warm, but the porridge is very thin, not as delicious as expected. It is worth mentioning that the front desk is a treasure bag with everything you need. If you follow this guide to travel, you won’t waste time on the road. We also went to Erdao Street and ate delicious food. The hotel is about half an hour away from the food street. It only took 10 minutes to get to Pagoda Mountain. I bought Yan'an millet and Yan'an jujube. Third, when we checked in, the girl at the front desk helped us deliver our luggage to the room. When we checked out, the room attendant delivered our luggage to the door. 👍 The TV and air conditioner in the room could not be adjusted. The room attendant came to help us adjust it. The boss is very attentive in running the business. There are free hot and cold drinks. Coffee, milk tea, juice, and 6 kinds of flower tea can be drunk for free. Yan'an dog head jujube can also be eaten for free, and there is no charge for using tea sets. There is also a large exhibition hall, which is full of things from the 1970s and 1980s. The boss is attentive.

The room was very spacious and clean! Smart home, simple and comfortable, the lobby is grand, the decoration is simple and low-key, and there is a sweet smell when you enter! The breakfast is rich and tastes good! The front desk and service staff are very enthusiastic! I’ll stay here again next time I go! A small suggestion, the smell of shampoo is too bad, change it!

The location is right on the pedestrian street, very convenient. The hotel is very new. There is no bedside table where you can charge, and there is no socket where there is a bedside table. This design is really anti-human. The bedside phone will ring suddenly. I just unplugged it. The hotel decoration smells very strong. The curtains are not light-blocking, and they will light up very early in the morning. The air conditioner will report a fault in the morning and cannot be started. The price is so expensive, and the cost performance is far from good. 2. The hotel breakfast is warmly presented, but I have to say that there is no highlight. The freshly cooked noodles are very unpalatable. It's unpalatable and a whole bowl is served. Don't you think it's a waste? There is also porridge, which is cold, and the dishes are average (matching the room or breakfast price, it's not worth it at all).

The modern cave dwelling experience is very special. The big kang-like bed is very comfortable and can accommodate a family of four. We wanted to stay a few more hours because we had a night train and they wanted to charge us for an entire night, the bedsheets and the room were already used and it was nothing for them to charge us half a day, we needed to make a reservation at another hotel. The window is extra small and the best view is from the hallways, don’t know who designed this hotel. It was clean and the bed super comfy, but the system for taking a shower and go to the loo was weird and uncomfortable with not proper ventilation. But, it is perfect for the price
