It's hard to describe...Finally, the deluxe room I booked a long time in advance was more expensive and worse than the state guest room the day before. After I questioned it at the front desk, there was no reasonable solution, and my mood fell to the bottom... After checking in with an imperfect mood, the rumbling sound in the room caused me to feel uncomfortable. Fortunately, the room renovation department and a male staff member of the engineering department actively helped to solve the problem. Finally, around 10 o'clock in the evening, after about an hour, the exhaust noise of the bathroom was slightly reduced.

The hotel's mineral water supply is not only doubled in the room, but also available in the elevator room. This is very considerate for tourists who are not very adaptable to the dry climate in northern Shaanxi. The breakfast is good overall, but there are not many varieties. The only bread sandwiches for breakfast are butter, jam, nuts and raisins. There is a lack of meat such as bacon and ham. There is only one sausage in the whole breakfast that is a pure meat product, which is a bit lacking. The children didn't eat the small cakes at the seafood buffet the night before, so they thought they would eat it in the morning, but they didn't expect that there was no breakfast at all😔😔 For the hotel facilities, I personally think there are still some suggestions for improvement: 1. The bath water temperature is low, the shower is OK, but the bath is not enough. It is recommended to increase it appropriately and let the guests adjust it by themselves. The temperature changes greatly in spring. Although it was more than 30 degrees in the previous few days, it dropped below 10 degrees on the night we arrived. With such a large temperature difference, the water temperature should also be adjusted in time. 2. There are not enough facilities for placing clean clothes around the bathtub. There are hooks on the wall of the bathroom in the standard king-size bed room, which is very humane, but there is only a stool next to the bathtub in the suite, and the wall tiles on the side are still very rough, which is not very convenient. And the hotel does not provide disposable bathtub covers, which is a bit regrettable. After all, now all Jiangsu and Zhejiang homestays with bathtubs will provide them. It is recommended to add them, especially for super large bathtubs. Generally, you will not buy such a large bathtub cover if you bring your own😂😂 3. The trash can is not covered with disposable trash bags, which puts higher requirements on the work of the housekeeping staff. Once the holiday, it will be a bit too busy and there will be omissions. Generally speaking, the hotel is very good. I didn't have time to walk around and swim this time, but I will choose it again next time.

The room is clean and tidy, and the service attitude is very good! The front desk was very helpful in printing a document, which solved our urgent need at the time! This must be praised! This design is really anti-human. The bedside phone will ring suddenly. I just unplugged it. The hotel decoration smells very strong. The curtains are not light-blocking, and they will light up very early in the morning. The air conditioner will report a fault in the morning and cannot be started. The front desk is answering the questions of the previous guests, while another front desk lady is swiping her phone. You hand her your ID card, she looks surprised and hides aside without saying a word. Another man who should be the leader runs over to chat with her. A novice child is left to check in.

We wanted to stay a few more hours because we had a night train and they wanted to charge us for an entire night, the bedsheets and the room were already used and it was nothing for them to charge us half a day, we needed to make a reservation at another hotel. The window is extra small and the best view is from the hallways, don’t know who designed this hotel. It was clean and the bed super comfy, but the system for taking a shower and go to the loo was weird and uncomfortable with not proper ventilation. But, it is perfect for the price

The hotel is conveniently located, suitable for self-driving, large parking lot, convenient transportation, and convenient to visit Yangjialing and Zaoyuan. The hotel is a newly built 4-star hotel, the lobby and room layout are reasonable, the area is large, and the equipment is new. The front desk clerk was very good and helped us upgrade the room to see Pagoda Mountain. The room looked at Pagoda Mountain and Yanhe. It was a pleasant trip.

Yan'an Hotel hardware is very good, the corridor is wide, the room is large, the twin beds are 1.5 meters, with the children is to go to this big bed, breakfast is OK. But the management of the hotel is too bad. The carpets in the corridors and rooms are all piece by piece. The maps seem to have not been cleaned. At 11 o'clock in the evening, the room did not change the sheets. The sheets under the quilt touched a small particle on the bed. I don't know what. There was no toilet paper washed away in the bathroom. The night shift waiter service was very good. I cleaned the sheets overnight and changed the sheets. The next day I went to the front desk to reflect that the front desk didn't seem to be concerned. The five diamonds showed felt like the guest house in the past.

酒店環境好，就是有點不好找，路邊的標識不是很清楚，打了電話，沿着上山的路左邊走跑到頭就到了。停車場的保安態度不好，距離大堂近的地方有停車位非讓我們停到比大車區還要遠的地方，大晚上十點了長者孩子拿着東西還要走幾分鐘才到大堂，走到門口看還有停車位，這是什麼操作？ 房間乾淨，早餐豐盛，距離延安革命紀念館開車十分鐘，工作人員很熱情。酒店在五一期間也沒有漲價，值得推薦。
