After I reported it to the front desk, they moved me to a room with a view the next day, which was much better. I recommend choosing a room on the river-facing side; it's quieter at night and offers a nice view. The service was good, I was satisfied, and any issues were promptly resolved by customer service. Breakfast was okay, though there weren't many vegetables, and the meat dishes were the same every day—sliced pork.

The service was exceptional. The front desk staff proactively accommodated and adjusted our booked room type, realizing it wasn't suitable for us. The room was spacious, clean, and had excellent hot water. The facilities were modern and comprehensive, and parking was convenient. The WiFi was fast and easy to use. Transportation, shopping, and dining options are all convenient, and the breakfast was especially hearty. The elevator made it easy to carry luggage. Although located on the road, it wasn't noisy at all. It's not far from Pagoda Hill.

It's a bit embarrassing to eat and take them at the same time. The slippers are very comfortable to wear. The front desk said that they would take two pairs to wear in the car when they leave.
