Second stay at Sedona Hotel Yangon within a month. Breakfast at D’Cusine has shown improvement with more varieties. Service level was excellent as usual during the stay. Easy to move around from the hotel to most areas and to airport. Near to Golden Valley (not walking distance) where you could find a must try restaurant Rangoon Tea House.

It is located along Inya Lake. Myanmar Plaza is nearby, but it is too far to walk to, so you will need to take a taxi. There are not many shops within walking distance of the hotel, so if you are planning to relax at the hotel or are staying for a long time, I recommend that you use a room with laundry facilities. I have been to Yangon several times, but the Wi-Fi was slow.

Reasonably priced, with a buffet breakfast. There was a lot of bird droppings on the windows, so I tried not to look at them, but the room itself was generally clean. The body soap ran out midway through the day, and they didn't replenish it during the daily housekeeping, but the amenities were fully stocked, so there was nothing in particular to bring. The water pressure was weak. The laundry service was expensive, and when I asked them to wash about 5 days' worth of clothes, they told me it would cost 35,300 kyat (≒ 2,000 yen), so I canceled. Considering the price, I think it's quite good value for money.

The breakfast at 6:30 allowed me to dine at six o'clock. The front desk service manager I have contacted many times is a man who has been a 13-year-old man. He is a good man, humble and courteous, and good at English. The only problem that arises is that the location of the hotel does not match the location indicated on the map.
