灑店更名沒及時更改，找了很久才找到前台。小區離海邊很近，約10分鐘到海邊泳池，浪很大，沒配有救生衣，衹能濕下水。小區有一定年代感，但樓內及周邊配置道路綠化還沒搞好。小區停車位已滿衹能停在外面。煮水壺品質太差，接觸不良，剛用2分鐘就跳閘斷電，好在前台小哥及時維護電閘更換熱水壺，床頭插座部分鬆脱影響充電。陽台欄桿生銹嚴重自行崩落缺損有點危險（海風腐蝕真厲害）。房間設施比較齊，衞生還可，床被還算新，整潔無異味。陽台海景不錯，海風很爽，南北對流。有冰箱及洗水池比較實用，水壓及熱水充足。畢竟房價不貴，整體講性價比還行。

位置環境很好，離海灘很近，晚上附近有夜宵吃，樓下有便利店，小區內有停車位，15塊一天無限次出入，房間是密碼鎖

挺不錯的民宿，前台服務態度好，房間乾淨衞生，設施完備，房間有冰箱，有廚房，洗衣機，如果陽台有一套桌椅就更加完美，下次去陽江惜憶民宿還是第一選擇。
