The room is clean and comfortable, and the service attitude is good! Easy parking, close to the sea. It is really worth the money to live in an invincible sea view room at this price! The sea water in Shapa Bay is very clear and the beach is clean. In the evening, go to Chaopa Town, visit the night market, buy some dry goods, burn oysters, and drink beer! Really freehand! 沒有入住，平台照樣扣款。4月初定的， 29號凌晨前免費取消，但廣東的天氣臨近五一時常有極端天氣，特別是五一前廣州周邊的龍捲風，雷電暴雨（可以查新聞），上下班都成問題，所以一直不敢決定出行。 29號早上向平台反應，回覆説不能退讓自己和酒店商討（用這個平台很久了，一直很信任，連暑假期間在X程定的酒店當晚去到都還幫忙協調取消），下午直接打給酒店，説要看能否租出去。待30號晚上，廣東的天氣大家可以網上查一下，出於家人的安全，我們決定還是不冒險出遊，微信酒店，説不能退還勸我們過去。直到五一結束， 廣州的天氣也一直不好，第一天梅州的高速就出了大事故（新聞有報道）， 新聞不停地通知 珠三角地區的暴雨及山洪災害預警，這樣的天氣試問攜老帶小的家庭如何保證安全的出行？？？沒有入住酒店也被扣費，實在不妥，而且五一期間酒店的房間還有很多，所以非常不好的平台體驗及對公寓酒店的失望。

空調壞的，洗澡的電熱水也漏水，衞生間一股黴味和無法去除的怪味，被子又薄又潮，我們住了四晚i沒人來打掃過，垃圾一直堆着，很差的一家旅店艾米要好好投資提升一下以對得起這個價格，對得起客户。
