寵物友好不是説説的，這裏的每一個工作人員都很愛狗狗！而且無清潔費！！ 特意從杭州開了4小時過來的，太爽了，3隻一起遛都沒有人説你，沒有人報警，沒有人叫城管抓狗 而且温泉真的很舒服！還有泳池，這個設施如果在杭州要貴上一倍都不止 非常非常非常推薦，還會再來的！

設施：設施設備非常齊全，高級的配置加智能化設計，小孩子非常喜歡👍在房間温泉泡湯真的太舒服了，酒店還配備泡湯的葯包，排毒養顏哈哈，大人小孩都喜歡💕 衞生：因為帶孩子所以對衞生要求很注重，來了就先看了一下酒店衞生，整體都收拾的很乾凈整潔，很滿意👍 環境：酒店環境優雅，中式簡約風格，酒店房間大大的落地窗，外面有一排籬笆，還有幾棵芭蕉葉，雖然是雨天，窗邊喝喝茶欣賞一下窗外的風景也是別有一番趣味😆尤其是聽着户外各種蟲鳴，絕對是大自然頂級的音葯療愈❤️ 服務：酒店內工作人員從大堂到餐廳，都很熱情，主動提供幫助，服務都很到位，尤其是在工作人員的陪同幫助下小朋友還第一次完成了漆扇和植物拓印DIY送給媽媽～☺️次日我們打算去鳳凰島濕地公園，酒店已老早幫我們預訂。👍👍👍 非常滿意的親子暑假之旅，再次感謝酒店工作人員熱情接待，期待下次再見面！🥳
