設施：2017年開業，年頭久了，難免房間有些味道 房間面積比其他全季酒店都小一號 房間隔音有些差 隔壁熊孩子蹦跳吵鬧哭叫聽得一清二楚
衞生：還不錯
環境：離瘦西湖 關東街 個園比較近 晚上睡覺如果沒有其他房客的喧囂的話，還比較安靜
服務：一流 前台熱情禮貌貼心 有求必應

如圖，我在攜程訂的雙床房，687一間，到酒店去辦入住，發現他們的報價，當天最貴的家庭房門市價都沒這麼高的價格。我跟前台反饋的情況，前台説跟我升級成家庭房，結果到房間一看，家庭房小的都沒地方放行李箱了，一問才説家庭房也衹有27平米，建議大家以後不要在攜程訂房了。真的，太坑了。到的比較晚，超過了免費退房時間。太氣人了。以後再也不用攜程了。

1、在東關街附近，還算方便
2、酒店的隔音垃圾到極點，住了3晚、有2晚都給前台打了電話反應隔音問題（不論是隔壁房間聊天、其他房間關門、走道上的嬉笑聲，都聲聲入耳）
3、酒店的遮光也是一坨屎，早上6點多自然醒（晚上與早上都遮不完光，詳見圖片）
不會再住！

房間很大，寬敞明亮，周邊環境很好，打車方便，去各個景區都不遠。因為怕吵，前台還特意幫我們調換了房間。大堂的咖啡是現磨的，好香哦！特別表揚前台的小李，熱情耐心，對我們出遊幫助很大，非常感謝！

我思考了很久，還是決定要如實評價一下，我要把店員的服務放在最前面，服務態度是非常好，這點沒的説，接下來的評價跟店員沒有一絲的關係，完全是你們全季集團自己的問題，如果因為真實評價影響了店員的績效和轉正，那就請集團人事或者店長聯繫我來，或者把他們電話給我，看我投不投訴他就得了，另外店員不要聯繫我刪評價，明確告訴你不可能。
設施：這個酒店的設施也就是100多塊錢的連鎖酒店水平，見圖1淋浴房發黴老舊的樣子；房頂的頂燈是空的，你敢信嗎，真的害怕那裡出現個攝像頭，見圖2全景和圖3放大後；門口的通風口居然就可以看到外面，真的是太嚇人了，如果上面有個人偷看，想想真是後怕極了。
環境：屋裡弄了一個小吧枱，麻煩能不能給個凳子呢，我站在吧枱旁邊蹦迪嗎？

前台小姐姐服務很到位，每次都給熱水，很貼心，酒店門口停車方便，衞生也不錯，就是房間設施比較老些，門把手生銹😂，水龍頭弄到熱水水就很小了，應該是龍頭有問題，整體來説還是很不錯的，到哪那都近，好評

地理位置很不錯，挨着東關街，但很安靜，離各個景點都挺近，也有自己的停車場
酒店設施稍微有一點點老，但是服務啊衞生啊都沒問題
尤其服務很好~需求都被應答了
