The hotel room looks new and good. The amenities are okay. The only problem is the location, it’s quite far from the railway so you have to take a car which will cost you 70 yuan or if you want to take a bus it’ll take you 2hrs to get to the hotel. The rooms are not soundproof though, you can hear the people in the other rooms talking and babies crying at night and you can’t get a good night sleep. Also the bathroom you can hear a dripping of water sound but it’s not the faucet that it’s making the sound but the drainage I guess. All good but have to improve these issues

The hotel gave me a small doll in the check-in gift package. Since I have two babies at home, I want to ask if I can give another doll and not the gift package. Families with two babies should understand that it is okay to not have one, but not one. I called the service center and they were very friendly. They promised to ask for me and finally told me that the number was fixed and there was no extra. How should I put it? I have stayed in so many hotels. As long as I said I had two babies, they would arrange two toys. Some hotels even arranged two small gifts without saying that they saw I brought two babies. You can choose not to give this gift package, but since it is given, shouldn’t you consider it more comprehensively? Finally, the service staff who arranged the shuttle bus at the door had a very good attitude, but it seemed that they had not been trained. They didn’t know how to maintain the queue order when the guests came. When the shuttle bus came, they all swarmed on the bus. If they were well trained and asked everyone to queue in order, it would be better.

When we arrived, we were told that the room was close to a construction site. I was afraid that I would not sleep well, so I paid an extra 30 yuan to get a king-size bed room with a view. The hotel also gave us breakfast coupons, and we were given one as a gift when we left. There is a night light, a laundry room and a mini gym. Breakfast is both Chinese and Western.
