AAnonymous UserGreat value on low price. Rooms and bathrooms are nice and neat. Has nice lounge, kitchen and laundry machine on 3rd floor. And rooftop area which has really enjoyable view.
And location is right infront of expo, and it is quite easy to get to main travel spots in yeosu.
Things to note.
1. The 15,000￦ option is for nae-il-ro (korail train pass) users only #and breakfast is included, not like the trip.com shows. And this discount is available to use only for one day in each region. So you have to pay addtional fee if you stay more than two nights.
2. There is a public bike service that yeosu-si offers
'여수랑' you can take bike near this guesthouse and throughout yeosu. And the fee is 1,000￦ a day.
I really recomment to take bike and ride around shorelines and odongdo (which has a really nice to stroll, and is close to guesthouse)

GGuest UserBecause I have to work while resting, I am the only person who stays in the residence near Ungcheon. It's said that I've tried all the nearby accommodations, but you must use a company here to catch the smell. It was all night to use cooking and laundry, but maybe because of cooking, I was assigned a lower floor. The smell of sewage was so bad that I changed the room once (the response and action were quick and the service was impeccable. The cleaning service in the middle of the schedule is the best), but the newly changed room also smelled a lot after taking a shower. So I bought a fragrance at a nearby supermarket and stayed in the bathroom; Whether it's a hotel or a residence, I don't want to ask for more than the money I spent, but I just stayed at a cheap accommodation.
I don't want to swear because I see people working here managing it cleanly, but the smell is a problem that I have to accept seriously. Where is the smelly accommodation these days? If you raise your stay and catch this smell problem, it will be the best in the country.

은은정Since I went there in a hurry, there was no impact on the accommodation. I only found out about the Yeosu travel destination. . There were no photos because it was dark.
I came to the accommodation after 10 o'clock and just slept.
Since it was the weekend, I was prepared to park outside.
The facility is recently built and clean.
I didn't know it was a duplex. There was no need for a duplex, but it would be really good for someone who needs it. Later? The story came out later. It was unnecessary for me, but it was my fault.
I hope the facility is clean and useful to the right people.

GGuest UserOffer perfect location for morning sunrise and close to Hyangilam. The house owner is super friendly, I traveled by bus so she even helped me check the bus schedule. If you travel by bus and schedule to get there in the evening, better to go early cause no bus getting there maybe after 8pm even if you take bus from the downtown and the chance of getting a taxi that time also low (I got luck that a very nice driver accept my taxi request, I’m so grateful). If you travel by car then nothing to worry about

GGuest UserHotel Kenny is great! Probably the cheapest and best option in Yeosu.
Rooms are clean and breakfast that you could buy was good and they had an autumn deal 15k for two people. Common areas are great.
Do yourself a favor and stay there.

WWaiganjo KariukiIf everyday was a holiday, I would choose this place over and over again, it was my first in Yeosu and the host made it so comfortable and easy for us, Always available, Understanding and ready to assist. There restaurants around, convenient store just a 100meters away. Angel Mural Village, Dolsan Cable Car and Dolsan Park are less than 30mins away by bus and less than 10minutes aways by taxi. Not forgetting the art museum and the Yeosu Expo. Satisfaction at its best 100% recommendable.

Gold maize:
- very large room for two
- the litter is good
- the bathroom is fine (although you have to wait very long the hot water, when it is there, it's OK!)
- air conditioning and its adjustment work well
Our room had no best view or the best entrance of light; we have learned, unfortunately, to do with because for a month we have traveled to Korea, only once we have had a real window ...it is therefore recurrent here ☹️
Noise is not top but ”better” than elsewhere.
Sorry that there is no office and two chairs, but room space would allow it without problem, we missed this
In conclusion, the price-quality ratio is excellent and, to be already elsewhere and much less for twice as much, we already regret this hotel!

JJustinThis place was great! If you're looking for a getaway from how busy Korea is, this is the ideal place.
Secluded, and competively priced, the pension itself is beautiful with an even better view. When we came in, the pension itself was perfectly clean, and the kitchen was completely stocked with pots and pans and all utensils needed. If you would like to barbeque outdoors, the staff can be contacted and they will bring you one for ₩20,000.
The staff was incredibly courteous, and was very non intrusive during our stay.
If I was looking to come back down to the area, there's no other place I would stay.
