Not bad location.There is a good food court within a five minute walk. Clear enough room. Very quick check-in/check-out process. But: no cleaning room service; very noisy (road noise, poor sound insulation); sometimes there is no hot water or it is lukewarm, it is impossible to take a shower (we stayed there in winter time); the room smells a bit like sewage; no teapots in the rooms

The room is spacious, clean, the bed is comfortable, and the front desk lady is attentive.
The location is close to the cathedral and shopping mall, and it only takes 20 minutes to walk to the Grand Place.

Были там с 6 утра, опоздал самолёт, до 11 часов . Большой плюс, что ресепшен круглосуточный, заселились быстро. Номер просторный, все необходимое есть, чисто. Плохо, что завтраков нет. Близко к центру, можно дойти пешком. Недалеко большой торговый центр, там можно позавтракать. Девушка на ресепшене объяснила, как дойти до центра и любезно позволила оставить вещи до отъезда. В целом могу рекомендовать на 1-2 ночи.

I came to my Armenia from Russia and and found the Regard Hotel while walking at the Yervand Kochar street, it is the center of our beautiful Yerevan. I walked in and made my reservation directly with the hotel. Very nice and clean hotel, very suitable for even long stays. Comfortable bed, clean towels, bedsheets, every day cleanings. Highly recommended, well done.

Everything is great! The room is beautiful, cozy, looks stylish, large beautiful window. There is everything you need (towels, slippers, shower gel and shampoo, toothbrush, hairdryer, air conditioning, table, refrigerator) The bed is comfortable, the bed linen is clean and pleasant, the shower is excellent, the water is hot. The location is very convenient, almost the very center, five minutes away there is a SAS supermarket, where there is a currency exchange, and a little closer there is a wonderful bakery. The staff is friendly and polite, they helped with everything. Stayed for one day, very pleased with the stay, I would gladly stay here again if possible

Nice room with excellent air conditioning, comfortable bed, and bathroom in open concept. Very friendly staff who greet guests with a smile and really want to help. We were able to check in a bit earlier which was free of charge, a huge favour after a long journey. On the last day, after checking out, we were also able to store our luggage at the hotel. The hotel is in walking distance from the attractions but still very quiet and extremely safe. Highly recommended for solo female travellers.

I chose the Regard hotel by Booking and never regret. Rooms are very clean, staff are friendly. Prices reasonable. Boutique hotel has 3 stars, but in the room you have all you need for a pleasant stay, even toothpaste and a brush in the bathroom. If I come again to Yerevan, I'll be there.
