Ani Central Inn ★★★★
"The hotel is a 15-20-minute walk from the main attractions. The room is clean and bright. There's a refrigerator, kettle, and tea set. The staff is friendly and attentive. Cleaning is daily. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, and shower caps, and everything is replenished daily. Breakfasts are hearty and varied, with a focus on Armenian cuisine. Everything is very fresh and delicious."
Felinger Concept Hotel ★★★★
"This hotel has no handicap access at all. Everytime I entered or left the hotel, I required staff assistance . There are NO handrails at all. The hotel staff were friendly and always at your disposition. Rooms were often not cleaned until 5:00 PM. However Bathroom sink, shower and toilet were never cleaned in 10 days. They indicated that is only done upon room change, not provided for in the daily room service. The breakfast was average. Coffee machines often needed refilling. Coffee Luke warm. Some fruits were not ripe. No hot milk available. Pastries and cakes were obviously frozen and reheated. Restaurant often used frozen foods. Also often out of dishes indicated on the menu. Mediocre quality."
Hayasa Hotel Yerevan ★★★★
"Gorgeous hotel. New and stylish. It's a 15-minute walk from the city center and has an ironing board and water. The airport is also just 15 minutes away."
Inga Hotel Yerevan ★★★
"Good!"
Doubletree by Hilton Yerevan City Centre ★★★★
"I had an amazing stay at DoubleTree Yerevan. The hotel is modern, stylish, exceptionally clean, and maintained to a very high standard. The staff were wonderful, friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is excellent, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the bathroom is modern and beautifully designed. Everything about the hotel felt high quality. It is genuinely one of the best hotels I have stayed at, and I would happily stay here again."
THE HILL Yerevan ★★★
"Great hotel, for this price - the best! Firstly, a gorgeous view of the city, an observation deck with benches. Taxi gets there quickly (Yandex works in Armenia, it costs pennies). It's a bit far to the center on foot) Secondly, a clean, cozy room with everything you need. There is a kitchen with dishes and a stove, towels, slippers, toiletries. We stayed for 4 days, they cleaned us ☺️ The reception is polite and attentive, they answered promptly and resolved issues"
Alex Hotel ★★★
"The property is quite unusual. The main building is clean and recently renovated, but I was accommodated in the older building next door. The corridor smelled strongly of cigarettes, and there were cockroaches running around in the room"

The Primer Hotel is perfectly situated in the Kanaker-Zeytun district of Yerevan, just a 10-minute drive from Republic Square and 1 km from Victory Park. You’ll love the amenities on offer, including an outdoor pool, a garden, a banquet hall, and a complimentary breakfast.

Armenian Village Park Hotel & Free Water Park, Gym
"It was a very special experience. We reserved a day to play in the park at the hotel. The staff were very nice."
Holiday Inn YEREVAN - REPUBLIC SQUARE by IHG
"We stayed at the Holiday Inn Yerevan - Republic Square for three days to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Pros: excellent central location, thorough cleaning, very attentive staff, and decent breakfasts featuring Armenian cuisine. Upon check-out, the hotel gave us a complimentary gift for our anniversary – a delicious assortment of dried fruits, which was a lovely gesture. Cons: The room for two people was very cramped; there was no space to open a suitcase, storage was inconvenient, and the overall room layout was poorly designed. The bathroom was also tiny. At night, the blinking fire alarm light was disruptive, and we could hear street noise. A separate issue was the spa: there was no complimentary water available after the saunas, only a bottle for 300 dram, which seems odd for a hotel of this caliber."
Ararat Hotel
"The staff was excellent and we had a good experience at this hotel! Especially Armine, Lilit,Anahit, Gayane , Geghetsik , Levon and all the staff 🥰 😉 Everything was really impressive! I highly recommend Ararat hotel! Thank you for your superb service!! I love you very much☺"
Venice Hotel Complex
"A nice and very cozy hotel. The breakfasts are decent, and they say there's a sauna and a pool. I recommend this hotel. The staff is polite and friendly. The rooms are very clean."
Boulevard Hotel
"Friendly and helpful staff, great location! Our favorite cafes, Kavkazskaya Plennitsa and Dalan, are just a 5-minute walk away, and Republic Square is also within a 5-minute walk. Good breakfasts too. I recommend it!"
Emmanuel Hotel Yerevan
"I stayed in this hotel for a week, extending my stay twice, more than some other guests, so I can tell you everything based on the facts. I really liked the hotel, first of all, because everything is new and clean, just the way I like it. White towels, robes, bed linen, everything without yellowing or stains. Newly renovated, the air conditioner works well, there is a pool where you can lie down and sunbathe in hot weather. The managers are friendly, helpful, a transfer from the airport was provided, where they met us with a rose and took us to the hotel, it was very nice) Cons: there was not enough classic breakfast - pancakes and oatmeal, as well as regular scrambled eggs and a coffee machine so that you could drink cappuccino or at least Americano, only instant coffee was offered. This was very surprising, since I expected to try real Armenian coffee. There were boiled eggs, this is a plus, I think. I couldn't set up the TV to watch, but the WiFi was excellent, I could easily conduct online meetings, I watched everything I wanted on my computer myself. There is a 24-hour store nearby and most importantly - the Topaz tavern, where they have the most delicious khinkali, that's for sure!) Overall, I recommend the hotel to anyone with high requirements for the environment, cleanliness, and repair."
Republica Hotel Yerevan
"Everything was great: location, room, breakfast(!), staff))"
Median Hotel City Center Yerevan
"The hotel is perfectly located, with everything within walking distance. It's very quiet, and the soundproofing in the rooms is excellent – you can't hear the neighbors at all. Housekeeping was daily, and the water was replenished every day. The staff is very responsive and accommodating to any requests. We missed breakfast, so they prepared lunch boxes for us (and packed a lot!). The price-to-quality ratio is excellent!"
