"Good hotel, awkward to find at first when its 4am in the morning and very dark as the entrance is at the start of a sort of alleyway with no outside signage, when inside and you go down the stairs from the first floor be careful, there is a bump which I almost tripped over numerous times so is a bit of a hazard and risk of falling down the stairs, other than that the hotel is good and the staff are friendly, I would stay again depending on the price at the time of my next visit"

"Everything was great! We took a taxi from the airport, and it was a quick 20-minute ride. The hotel was renovated in February 2026, so our room was brand new and impeccably clean. It was incredibly well-lit, which was really convenient – I've never seen so much lighting in a hotel room before. Thank you so much! The bus station is right across the street, and it's not far from Republic Square. There's a call button at the reception desk for staff, which was quick and handy. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you! We recommend it."

"An excellent new hotel with beautiful grounds. It's not exactly in the center, but very close—a 20-minute walk to Republic Square, and there's also a shuttle service to the center. The room has everything you need. Breakfasts are delicious, with lots of fruit and nuts. The only downside is that it's practically the same every day."

"Echoing other reviews here by saying this is a terrific value, clean and tidy hotel right in the centre of Yerevan, which is set apart by the staff, who really do provide some of the very best service I've ever received: big praise from me particularly to Sargis and Edqar. The single-bed rooms are superb value, albeit with a slightly odd - and tiny - toilet-cum-wet room. If you're able to handle that (and it's not a hardship, it's just small) this is incredible value."
