"We stayed for 7 nights at Holiday Inn Yerevan. The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The sleep quality was very good, with comfortable beds ensuring proper rest. However, housekeeping service needs improvement, as it did not consistently meet expectations. Overall, a good stay with a great location advantage."

"Great hotel, great service, great breakfast, great central location. The only negative was the construction site behind the hotel. You basically have to spend the whole day exploring to avoid hearing any construction noise. But that has nothing to do with the hotel. Conclusion: we would come again. Thank you Tufenkian."

"This hotel has no handicap access at all. Everytime I entered or left the hotel, I required staff assistance . There are NO handrails at all. The hotel staff were friendly and always at your disposition. Rooms were often not cleaned until 5:00 PM. However Bathroom sink, shower and toilet were never cleaned in 10 days. They indicated that is only done upon room change, not provided for in the daily room service. The breakfast was average. Coffee machines often needed refilling. Coffee Luke warm. Some fruits were not ripe. No hot milk available. Pastries and cakes were obviously frozen and reheated. Restaurant often used frozen foods. Also often out of dishes indicated on the menu. Mediocre quality."

"My family and I stayed 3 nights at this nice hotel. Walking distance from the main highlights of the city Yerevan. Big room great for 2, but had to put extra bed which made it uncomfortable. Nice balcony with street view. All amenities available like toothpaste and toothbrush, hot/cold water and slippers. Safety box is not working. Breakfast was simple and good. Very friendly staff."
