Yerevan Hotels with Balcony

"My friend and I stayed in Yerevan for 4 days and absolutely loved this hotel. We had a late check-in because our flight was delayed, but they were waiting for us at the front desk and got us settled immediately. The room was small but very cozy and clean, with daily housekeeping. Hot water was always available, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. There was a smart TV and good Wi-Fi. The hotel's location is unbeatable – you can't get more central than this. Revolution Square is just a 10-minute walk away, and there's a great, affordable cafe right around the corner. We opted for breakfast at the hotel, and the buffet was quite good, offering a variety of cheeses, homemade cottage cheese, sour cream, matzoon, eggs cooked any way you like, vegetables, fruits, pastries, sausages, cured sausage, and delicious coffee. In the room, they provided daily bottled water, coffee, and tea, and there was a kettle, hairdryer, and they even brought us an iron. The staff were truly amazing – very friendly, always smiling, and happy to help. We had an evening flight, and we were able to leave our luggage at the front desk without any issues. We will definitely come back to this hotel."

"It's my fault for booking a budget room, but I didn't expect to find rooms with no windows at all, but with a double bed. The walls are so thin that I answered my neighbors a couple of times, thinking it was my wife talking from the bathroom. And if my neighbors shower, you can feel the vibration of the water on the walls, sounding like a downpour. But the main drawback is the location. It's not far from the center, you can walk there, but it's in the area of ​​construction markets, with all the inconveniences that entails."

"A good hotel for Yerevan. The location is convenient, and the rooms face different directions. The rooms are spacious, and there's an elevator. It can be a bit noisy if you sleep with the window open, as there's a crossroads nearby and people honk a lot. Breakfast is decent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had elderly people with us, and they really enjoyed everything. I would recommend this hotel. The views are great – you can see both Mount Ararat and the TV tower. You can walk to the city center, and there are grocery stores and a currency exchange nearby."
