Yerevan Hotels with Balcony

"My friend and I stayed in Yerevan for 4 days and absolutely loved this hotel. We had a late check-in because our flight was delayed, but they were waiting for us at the front desk and got us settled immediately. The room was small but very cozy and clean, with daily housekeeping. Hot water was always available, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. There was a smart TV and good Wi-Fi. The hotel's location is unbeatable – you can't get more central than this. Revolution Square is just a 10-minute walk away, and there's a great, affordable cafe right around the corner. We opted for breakfast at the hotel, and the buffet was quite good, offering a variety of cheeses, homemade cottage cheese, sour cream, matzoon, eggs cooked any way you like, vegetables, fruits, pastries, sausages, cured sausage, and delicious coffee. In the room, they provided daily bottled water, coffee, and tea, and there was a kettle, hairdryer, and they even brought us an iron. The staff were truly amazing – very friendly, always smiling, and happy to help. We had an evening flight, and we were able to leave our luggage at the front desk without any issues. We will definitely come back to this hotel."

"Excellent hotel, great location, helpful staff. My friend and I were traveling to Yerevan for six days. We were considering budget options, as our trip was spontaneous and therefore on a limited budget. We settled on the Menua. The hotel grounds aren't particularly picturesque, surrounded by tire shops and hardware stores, but there's a supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance. We were initially assigned a room on the first floor, but since it was different from the one we booked on trip.com, they upgraded us to a room on the third floor without any hassle. The rooms are clean and have all the amenities, including a set of disposable toothbrushes. The only thing I missed was a trash can in the room. The hotel has an elevator, which is important for those who like to walk all day long. The taxi ride to the center is about 7-10 minutes, barring traffic. Upon checkout, we were offered the opportunity to leave our luggage in a room near reception, which was very convenient given our late flight. The hotel is suitable for those who aren't looking for luxury and are looking for a comfortable option in terms of price and location. If scenic surroundings and walking distance to the main shopping streets are important to you, I would recommend looking at a more budget-friendly option. If I visit Yerevan again, this hotel will be my first choice. Thank you ❤️"

"A good hotel for Yerevan. The location is convenient, and the rooms face different directions. The rooms are spacious, and there's an elevator. It can be a bit noisy if you sleep with the window open, as there's a crossroads nearby and people honk a lot. Breakfast is decent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had elderly people with us, and they really enjoyed everything. I would recommend this hotel. The views are great – you can see both Mount Ararat and the TV tower. You can walk to the city center, and there are grocery stores and a currency exchange nearby."
