Luxury Hotels in Yerevan

"It's a place that you often tie when you go on a business trip. Great location and friendly staff."

"A magnificent, fresh hotel in the heart of Yerevan. We had a beautiful standard room with a balcony and a very comfortable bed, complete with panoramic windows. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding – fresh juice, champagne, fish, fruits, and I especially loved the Eggs Benedict and the chocolate fountain. From 4 PM to 4:45 PM, there's a free tasting of chocolate-covered strawberries and other fruits near the reception. Everything is incredibly stylish; the interior design is fantastic! It's truly the best hotel in Yerevan. They're also planning to launch a spa soon. My only minor suggestions are that for a double room, there was only one bottle each of sparkling and still water. We asked for more, and they brought it, but it would be great to have at least one bottle per person as standard. Also, check-in was at 4 PM instead of 3 PM because our room wasn't ready. They offered us ice cream as compensation, and I hope this was an isolated incident. Regardless, this is still the best hotel in Yerevan. I highly recommend it to everyone!"

"We booked this hotel for our trip to Yerevan (we were attending friends' wedding). We absolutely loved the hotel. It's spacious, with large rooms, floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, and generous, functional bathrooms with both a shower and toilet. The city view is magnificent! All the main attractions are within a 5-minute walk, and Vernissage is right next to the hotel – super convenient. We were given the highest floor (9th), which was a lovely surprise as they accommodated our request. They also granted our late checkout request for an extra hour, completely free of charge. After checking out, we were able to leave our luggage safely at the hotel and explore the city before our flight. Our room included breakfast, and we were very happy with it. All the food and dishes on offer were delicious; there's something for everyone. The reception and lobby areas are beyond praise. We didn't use the pool, but we did notice the presence of a lifeguard, which was a pleasant surprise, and all guests were wearing swimming caps. On the ground floor, there's a wonderful beauty salon that I must mention! The staff were incredibly friendly! They did my hair and makeup for the wedding, and even touched up my hairstyle after we returned from the church. All of this was super affordable, and the quality and service were impressive! The lobby is a very pleasant place to be – spacious, with comfortable sofas and lots of light. It's a great spot to sit and relax, especially when it's hot outside. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yerevan! It offers excellent value for money."

"Прекрасный отель. Завтраки - шикарные. Обслуживание на высоте! Скоро откроется спа! Тренажерный зал супер. Новое оборудование Technogym. Просторный зал. Я вернусь еще обязательно."

"+ The location is right in the city center; the breakfasts are delicious; the reception desk is quick to respond, and check-in was fast. - They didn't help with our suitcases (we had to carry them to the room ourselves); the cleaning staff decided to wake us up early on check-out day (8:30 AM) so we could vacate the room for cleaning; we weren't on the list for breakfast, but thankfully they found us later; when renting a Suite (two-room accommodation) for 4 guests, they gave the child a cot and made up a sofa bed for an adult that was only fit for torture! I do not recommend the suite for families!"

"The hotel food is monotonous, with very little meat at breakfast. The hotel itself is located by a park, not close to the city center. The hotel feels a bit 'tired' and worn out. The spa area has no lifeguards or staff. It's slippery in the spa, and the cleaning is poor. There's no supervision of guests; people jump from the edges, and safety measures are not enforced."

"SLH is a fantastic hotel chain. This hotel is good, but you don't feel that it's a luxury hotel despite it being very chic and beautiful. The service didn't match the expectations and standards set by my stays in SLH hotels around the world."

"Very enjoyed the hotel! Clean, beautiful, comfortable. There were very attentive people, Anna, Anna and Arsene on the recipe. Special thanks to Anna for the care and attention, we left very early and she gathered breakfast on the way. Very pleasant. Another boy at the entrance of Gevorg has been very helpful in everything. Thanks to all the staff of this beautiful hotel. Let's come back here again and enjoy all your services with pleasure! We were transit, didn't manage to use either the pool or the sauna, the next time it is necessary to arrive on 3 days."

"A great hotel. Friendly staff. The rooms are a bit dated. But everything is great—clean, cozy, and quiet. Great location—everything is within walking distance. The front desk staff are always happy to give advice on where to go."

"Great hotel at the heart of Yerevan. It’s 5 star with vintage charm! Classic hotel with perfect service! There’s SPA with Thai massage experience, price is low for that quality! We have great experience with wife! Breakfast is also good, don’t be shy ask the staff about additional dishes. It’s free and you can get scrambled eggs or omelette with vegetables and it’s also free. Buffet is good too."
