3-Star Hotels in Yerevan

My friend and I stayed for one night and were very pleased with the hotel and accommodations. It's a beautiful and modern hotel, and the rooms are clean with fresh renovations. We booked a standard room, which was a bit small but had two separate beds. The beds were very comfortable, and the linens were clean and pristine white. The room included a refrigerator, kettle, and a large TV. We were also happy to find slippers and disposable hygiene kits. Breakfast is served buffet style. The staff were polite and friendly. Overall, our stay was excellent! I highly recommend it!

Останавливались семьёй, у нас было 2 номера. Гостиница очень уютная, огромные номера, уборка каждый день (меняли полотенца и даже одноразовые тапочки и зубные щётки!!! добавляли чайные пакетики и). Круглосуточная стойка ресепшн, приветливый и очень доброжелательный персонал (у нас был ночной вылет и накануне нам дали завтрак с собой). Прекрасный, разнообразный завтрак - шведский стол, менялся каждый день (были каши, плов, пюре, котлеты, типа пиццы, нарезки, творог, сметана, йогурты, печенье, фрукты, чай, кофе). До центра города довольно далеко, но мы каждый день пользовались такси (ехать минут 15-20 в зависимости от пробок), работает Яндекс-go, оплата картой мир(привязать Яндекс), по стоимости - от 200-500 в зависимости от времени, машины и трафика. Нам все понравилось!

Nice little hotel, not directly in the center but close and easy access to metro. It's close to a busy street so better prepare earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Room was fine, very clean and tidy bathroom. Wifi was not that great and the TV is very small but at least you can use netflix etc. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast - dry bread, very limited, not really any sweet stuff, the hot dishes weren't tasty at all and the coffee machine looked like it's past its days - very bad coffee. The staff was very kind and helpful though.

Not bad, and the location is super convenient! LOL, there are people from all over the world, and they're all very friendly. You can basically walk to most of the city's attractions, and it's right next to Republic Square.

I didn't like the hotel. It's not three stars, but a stretch. First, they showed us to a room with two twin beds. It smelled strongly of sewage, the neighbors were loud, and you could constantly hear water running somewhere. When I asked if they could put us in a more private room without the loud neighbors or the sound of running water, and with a shared bed for a couple, they said they had a room. Then we went out into the hallway, and the manager stood there silently, saying all the rooms were occupied. It felt like the hotel was empty. The manager said we could pay extra and get a better room on the second floor. Of course, for my own convenience, I paid the extra. I think this is a scam, and that's what I fell for. The better room smelled of sewage, and the ergonomics were terrible: to get to the shower, you literally had to step over the toilet! A masterstroke of engineering. Why no one thought of this when designing the hotel and fixed it is beyond me. We barely made it there for two days and then left for another hotel. At checkout, they charged us more—for bottled water at the bar, which I hadn't even realized was a paid service. The price for the bar was hidden in a drawer. But the prices also looked as if you could use the bar for free, and if you wanted extra water, you'd have to pay. Such greed outraged me. And this is a three-star hotel. I don't recommend it. The entire room is unsuitable for ergonomics; everything is broken, chipped, and shabby. For some reason, they have some complicated constructions in the video of wooden squares on the wall next to the TV. Why did they even bother with such a complex renovation? They would have been better off focusing on ergonomics and good design of the room itself, but with a simpler renovation.

We stayed for a week in August 2025. It's a great hotel, nestled in a courtyard of houses, in a quiet, authentic location, practically in the center, a 7-minute walk from the Cascade. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Our room was on the third floor; everything was clean and tidy, with soft, snow-white linens and towels. Cleaning was daily. All plumbing worked. The dining room in the basement offers a buffet, with a different hot dish every day, juices, fruit, and cold cuts—everything was delicious and filling. You don't have to worry about food until lunchtime, just enjoying the city and excursions. There were three of us: the room had a large bed and a sofa bed; the triple room was quite comfortable and available. Overall, we were very satisfied and would recommend it.

Идеальная чистота, удобные кровати, дружелюбный персонал - что ещё нужно для отдыха в отеле? Расположение - топ, в самом центре, всё рядом. Единственное, что не все такси знают этот отель, если встречаете такси - лучше выйти из арки. Завтраки хорошие, все продукты свежайшие и качественные. И главная изюминка отеля - вид с террасы 15 этажа. Кофе с видом на Арарат - лучшее начало дня.

The room matched the photos perfectly. The front desk staff was pleasant, polite, and professional. What really upset me was the extremely loud construction work next door, like they were tearing down a wall with a jackhammer. This went on all day, even though I booked the room specifically to get some sleep after a long flight before continuing my journey. It was a huge disappointment. Also, the towels were very worn out and smelled like smoke when they got wet.

If you're looking to be close to the city center, this isn't the place for you. The location wasn't an issue for us, though. The value for money is excellent. The staff are responsive, and they only speak English. The room has everything you need (slippers, shower gel/shampoo, shower cap, hairdryer). The internet worked perfectly! Only cable TV is available (if that matters to anyone). You can smoke in the inner courtyard, where there are chairs. We didn't use the pool, so I can't comment on it. Overall, a solid four stars.

It's a good location, but the hotel is a little bit old, there's no elevator, so we need to carry our luggage through stairs & it's quite difficult for some with heavy luggage. Also, we didn't like the food for breakfast, maybe they have to improve next time. Anyway, the housekeeper is kind.
