Nina KorobeinikovaMy friend and I stayed for one night and were very pleased with the hotel and accommodations. It's a beautiful and modern hotel, and the rooms are clean with fresh renovations. We booked a standard room, which was a bit small but had two separate beds. The beds were very comfortable, and the linens were clean and pristine white. The room included a refrigerator, kettle, and a large TV. We were also happy to find slippers and disposable hygiene kits. Breakfast is served buffet style. The staff were polite and friendly. Overall, our stay was excellent! I highly recommend it!

We had quite the amazing experience at this Hotel. It had a mountain view which we weren’t able to enjoy day 1 because of the weather, but wow was the view amazing when the clouds cleared on day 2. Such a great shower and the front desk gave us complimentary wine along with some cheese and chocolates. Such a great stay

PEYMAN GANJIThe hotel is well located near the airport, we stayed in the ground floor and the room had very nice big window which made the roomd pleasant. The hotel is very clean with almost all amenities need for your stay. I definately recommand it to those who have cars or don't have problem to visit the city using taxi

Guest UserNice little hotel, not directly in the center but close and easy access to metro. It's close to a busy street so better prepare earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
Room was fine, very clean and tidy bathroom. Wifi was not that great and the TV is very small but at least you can use netflix etc.
The biggest disappointment was the breakfast - dry bread, very limited, not really any sweet stuff, the hot dishes weren't tasty at all and the coffee machine looked like it's past its days - very bad coffee. The staff was very kind and helpful though.

The hotel itself overall was not bad. The amenities weren’t terrible considering what you paid for, but it wouldn’t hurt to include irons in the room. I hope that the management reads this.. element to inform you that there was black mold on the walls in room 42, perhaps not on the walls, but at least in the restroom above the shower there was mold. I would give it a perfect score how did it not been for that.

I didn't like the hotel. It's not three stars, but a stretch. First, they showed us to a room with two twin beds. It smelled strongly of sewage, the neighbors were loud, and you could constantly hear water running somewhere.
When I asked if they could put us in a more private room without the loud neighbors or the sound of running water, and with a shared bed for a couple, they said they had a room. Then we went out into the hallway, and the manager stood there silently, saying all the rooms were occupied. It felt like the hotel was empty.
The manager said we could pay extra and get a better room on the second floor. Of course, for my own convenience, I paid the extra. I think this is a scam, and that's what I fell for. The better room smelled of sewage, and the ergonomics were terrible: to get to the shower, you literally had to step over the toilet!
A masterstroke of engineering. Why no one thought of this when designing the hotel and fixed it is beyond me. We barely made it there for two days and then left for another hotel. At checkout, they charged us more—for bottled water at the bar, which I hadn't even realized was a paid service.
The price for the bar was hidden in a drawer. But the prices also looked as if you could use the bar for free, and if you wanted extra water, you'd have to pay. Such greed outraged me. And this is a three-star hotel. I don't recommend it.
The entire room is unsuitable for ergonomics; everything is broken, chipped, and shabby. For some reason, they have some complicated constructions in the video of wooden squares on the wall next to the TV. Why did they even bother with such a complex renovation? They would have been better off focusing on ergonomics and good design of the room itself, but with a simpler renovation.

Bashar AlhusainatJust checked in and wanted to leave my review now since tomorrow’s my last day in Yerevan and I’ll be busy. I booked one night through Trip.com — everything is exactly as described. The room is clean, cozy, and has some nice extras: a sofa that turns into a small bed, an extra cabinet, a bidet in the bathroom, and they even offered welcome tea and water. The bed mattress is super comfortable too, which I really appreciated.
The staff are very welcoming and polite. There’s no elevator, but they’re happy to help with your bags and anything you need.
The location might be a bit tricky to find the first time since the hotel is inside a residential block. But once you get there, it’s easy to reach again. Just look for the small road right after Armeconombank, follow it all the way to the end, and when you reach the backyard, look to your right — you’ll see the building.
This review comes after changing many hotels over the past week — and honestly, this one stands out for its value, comfort, and service. Definitely booking again on my next trip to Armenia.

Anonymous UserDon’t be misled by the high ranking point of this place. The only thing it deserves 10 out of 10 is people who work there. The helped us to get to the third floor with luggage. And yes the hotel is on the third floor and only stairs! The bed is not professional hotel bed, the mattress is soft and has waves in it, so you have to choose the right position of you body to catch the straight part, the pillows are very cheap and extremely soft, the don’t hold your head at all. You can feel the sweat smell mixed with other people perfume through the pillowcase. It’s disgusting. The whole building and the room in particular have very strong smell of smoking. I assume people smoked there for many years and stopped in nearest past, so the smell is really strong. In my country it is prohibited to smoke in public places for many years now and I completely forgot that unpleasant smell. And the noise, it is so loud, as if you sleep right in the street. Cars, bikes, music, people laughing, so loud. All in all it is place to stay when you drive for a long time and stopped in some cheap motel by the road when you are unable to drive any longer. Not suitable for stay in city, even if it is one night stay. Unless you’re ok with all the things above.

Guest UserIf you're looking to be close to the city center, this isn't the place for you. The location wasn't an issue for us, though. The value for money is excellent. The staff are responsive, and they only speak English. The room has everything you need (slippers, shower gel/shampoo, shower cap, hairdryer). The internet worked perfectly! Only cable TV is available (if that matters to anyone). You can smoke in the inner courtyard, where there are chairs. We didn't use the pool, so I can't comment on it. Overall, a solid four stars.

Tin :)Budget friendly hotel; Amenities was provided and shared bathroom, which was not a problem; average breakfast. The location is not that convenient and approximately 35 mins walk to the center. However, you can opt to take a taxi (approx 4 mins away). Overall experience is okay and good for the price that we paid. And, the owner is friendly and helpful!
