Thanks for the reception ladies and restaurants waitresses Diana, made us feeling like home. We really really love the gym center and the swimming pool, professional and clean. We loved the breakfast buffet, fresh and many choices . We also thank you for the room cleaning ladies, warm and clean .

Very noisy! The windows are terrible, you can hear everything, as if you live on the street, it is impossible to sleep at night. The location and breakfast are good.

The hotel is in a good location near the very center of Yerevan - our windows overlooked the park and the Ministry of Justice. Triple 311 is quite acceptable in size for a family of 3 (2 adults and a 6-year-old child). The staff is very friendly, answered all questions. We did not take breakfast, because there are many options in cafes and restaurants around.
