Yerevan Hotels with Breakfast

Conveniently located right in the city center, yet the area is incredibly quiet. The rooms are charming, everything is neat and clean. The staff is very friendly and even treated us to pastries and coffee. What really touched me was the handwritten farewell letter left on our last day before check-out. I will definitely be back!

A magnificent, fresh hotel in the heart of Yerevan. We had a beautiful standard room with a balcony and a very comfortable bed, complete with panoramic windows. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding – fresh juice, champagne, fish, fruits, and I especially loved the Eggs Benedict and the chocolate fountain. From 4 PM to 4:45 PM, there's a free tasting of chocolate-covered strawberries and other fruits near the reception. Everything is incredibly stylish; the interior design is fantastic! It's truly the best hotel in Yerevan. They're also planning to launch a spa soon. My only minor suggestions are that for a double room, there was only one bottle each of sparkling and still water. We asked for more, and they brought it, but it would be great to have at least one bottle per person as standard. Also, check-in was at 4 PM instead of 3 PM because our room wasn't ready. They offered us ice cream as compensation, and I hope this was an isolated incident. Regardless, this is still the best hotel in Yerevan. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Great hotel right in the city center. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, and the wonderful Jivan restaurant is right in the courtyard. The staff are very hospitable. The housekeeping is a little lacking, but nothing critical. The room itself is fine in terms of amenities, the only thing missing is a small mirror in the bathroom, if that's an issue for you. Otherwise, it's very quiet (I haven't experienced such quiet in a hotel in a long time!), the bed is comfortable, and the pillow is comfortable! Good toiletries. The breakfast is good and varied, with a separate children's buffet that's well-stocked. They kindly extended our check-out time as much as possible (free of charge) because we had a late flight.

It's a place that you often tie when you go on a business trip. Great location and friendly staff.

Although the room was of the same type, it was slightly smaller than the room we had booked, which was a bit of a disappointment. We contacted Ctrip customer service, and they handled the issue very quickly and efficiently, providing a positive response that allowed us to continue our stay with peace of mind. The hotel breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes, good taste, and prompt replenishment of food – commendable. The hotel's location was great; it was within walking distance of all the city's attractions and very close to our minibus pick-up point back to Tbilisi, which was convenient.

Wonderful hotel! Beautiful, clean, excellent service, and amazing breakfasts. The location is perfect; just around the corner to the right is a large supermarket, and about 100 meters from there is Vernissage market with souvenirs. Another 150 meters from the market is Republic Square, with its singing fountains in the evenings. To the left is a pedestrian street, close to the Opera House, and from there to the Cascade. The hotel has a sauna and an indoor pool. The room windows are panoramic, offering city views. We will definitely stay at this hotel again next time.

We stayed at the Premier Hotel for 9 nights and were extremely satisfied! A huge thank you to Narek for his attentiveness and help — he was in touch with us a month and a half before our arrival and always assisted with any questions we had. Thanks also to the second administrator who checked us in. Unfortunately, we didn't catch his name, but he was also very friendly and responsive. All our requests were accommodated, and the room with a view of Ararat and the 'Mother Armenia' statue was a pleasant surprise. The view was simply stunning! The hotel's location is another big plus. You can walk to 'Mother Armenia' in just 5-10 minutes, then stroll through the Cascade and be in the city center in about half an hour. A taxi to the center is also inexpensive and a very short ride. Breakfasts were delicious and varied, the cleaning was thorough, and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. Thank you to the entire hotel team for a wonderful stay and excellent impressions of Armenia! ❤️

Perfect Stay for Solo Female Travelers! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had a wonderful stay at the Alem Hotel in Yerevan and highly recommend it, especially for solo female travelers! The hotel feels very safe, welcoming, and secure.One of the best things is its location. It is only a 15-minute drive from the airport, making arrival and departure completely stress-free. It is situated just outside the noisy center, so you can enjoy a peaceful, quiet night's sleep while still having easy access to the city.The property is exceptionally clean, fresh, and well-maintained. As a lovely bonus, you can hear the beautiful sound of birds chirping around the area, which adds a wonderful nature vibe to the relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Everything was great! We took a taxi from the airport, and it was a quick 20-minute ride. The hotel was renovated in February 2026, so our room was brand new and impeccably clean. It was incredibly well-lit, which was really convenient – I've never seen so much lighting in a hotel room before. Thank you so much! The bus station is right across the street, and it's not far from Republic Square. There's a call button at the reception desk for staff, which was quick and handy. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you! We recommend it.

The hotel lives up to its price point, but not its star rating. Overall, it was a good experience, though the lack of teaspoons at breakfast was a bit inconvenient.
