I had just finished climbing the mountain and wanted to take a good rest. Who would have thought that a so-called four-star hotel would have such service attitude and hygienic environment? It is really disgusting. Everyone must avoid lightning!

The hotel is not far from Hongcun. It is one of the better hotels in the town. It is newly opened and has no smell. The internal environment is good, very clean and hygienic, and the service staff have good attitudes. It is suitable for self-driving travel. The biggest problem is that the breakfast is not good, with few varieties and average taste. There are many people during the Chinese New Year. The most exaggerated thing is that the sound insulation is very poor. You can clearly hear the children playing next door.

The room is very clean and the facilities are very new. There are anti-collision stickers at every corner. It is full of details. Even the pillows are newly removed. The lady at the front desk on the night of February 10th was very nice and took the trouble. The breakfast was also good. . This trip to Anhui gave me a very good impression. The service attitude has improved a lot. I will come back next time.

上午11點到的，由於前一天滿房，無法提前辦理入住，出去吃飯加逛了一圈，下午2點左右成功辦理，預訂的山景大床房，前台小姐姐幫忙免費升級了套房，還送了一份早餐，為她的服務點贊👍房間很大，外面是健身區和投影大屏，裏面是大床和衞生間，落地窗很贊，不足是窗户有點小。衞生間熱水很充足，但是下水需要把濾網拿掉才能正常，不然會堵住，希望檢修下。周邊吃飯很方便，還有共享電動車，去黟縣古城騎過去也就1公里左右。門口和對面停車場都是免費的，自駕過來很方便。早餐有點簡單，但是該有的都有，蛋炒飯味道不錯。

房間寬敞明亮，視野開闊，停車場大，非常適合開車自駕遊的朋友們，酒店有智能機器人，酒店內外賣和購零食，機器人自動送房間門口，不需要自己開回跑，服務人員態度很好，臨走時還有精美禮品相送，非常感謝酒店對我們顧客的貼心服務和熱情款待。
