This hotel is truly amazing! From the service to the cleanliness, every aspect is exceptionally well-executed.
The staff were incredibly friendly, from the patient guidance at the front desk to the responsiveness of housekeeping, it was truly attentive. Any requests were always promptly addressed, and the attention to detail was truly heartwarming.
The cleanliness was impeccable. The room was spotless, the bedding was clean and fresh, and there was no odor. The bathroom corners and tables were meticulously tidy, and even the cups and towels were reassuringly clean, demonstrating the meticulous cleaning process.
