Hualuxe Yibin, An IHG Hotel

This is my second time staying at Hualuxe Yibin. The front desk lady Menki has a very good service attitude and is very enthusiastic. She helped me upgrade the room for free and enthusiastically recommended nearby food to us. Every time I have a question and ask Miss Menki, he will answer it patiently. I am very grateful to Menki for making me very happy staying in this hotel.

Facilities: The hotel has complete facilities. The gym and restaurant are good. Hygiene: The room is very clean. It looks very newly decorated and well maintained. The layout is also reasonable. There is a luggage room at the entrance. Environment: The environment is really invincible. It is right by the river. The river view room can directly see the Yangtze River and Hejiang Gate. Service: The service is very enthusiastic. The front desk lady helped to upgrade the river view room for one night. Miss Celina was also very enthusiastic to help us. This stay experience is very good. I will choose this place again when I come to Yibin next time

Very good hotel, convenient for travel, the view outside the window is also very good. Clean and sanitary, very rich breakfast, very warm service. Free parking is available underground. It is very convenient to various scenic spots.

Room: The room is not very breathable. Since the hotel is relatively new, it still smells. Service: I booked it on Ctrip. I originally chose to upgrade my room using my membership benefits. When I checked in, I thought I had been upgraded, so I asked about it. The waiter said to take a look, thought for 3 seconds, and told me that I had been upgraded to a city view room. Then he repeatedly emphasized that there were no discounts on rooms during the 5.1 period. This is not a cover-up. There is no so-called city view room. I am too lazy to talk nonsense. Breakfast: Although the restaurant is relatively large, the variety of breakfast is really not much, which is still a little worse than the average 5-star hotel. There were many people during the 5.1 period, and there was no plan in advance. The breakfast entrance was blocked. Location: In the new district, close to the Yangtze River, the hotel directly connects to the greenway. This is the only good place for this stay. I ran along the greenway in the morning. There is a food street within a 10-minute walk around the area for meals, which is still a good choice.
