沒住過這麼噁心的酒店，前台換被子，都是黃的，阿姨説都是這樣的，有血的被子阿姨都沒看見，這樣的酒店衞生誰敢住，早餐也是小孩還要另外收錢，吃的少的很還收錢，住過這麼多酒店沒見，住五星級酒店人家也沒收小孩的費用啊，衞生地上都是水頭髮，這麼大兩滴血，2個阿姨都沒看見，酒店衞生真堪憂，各大平台好評都是送景點遊玩票來的，好評應該都是不是真的，我是淡季去的，景區都沒什麼人的情況下都是這麼噁心，旺季的時候不敢想着啊

這個酒店無論是從環境衞生，還是服務態度還是整個管理都是非常非常差勁的，建議不要入住，我直接舉例説明：
1.如下圖是入住酒店之後房間裏面的桌子，上面一層黏糊糊的黃色油漬，不知道是什麼東西，由於在高山上，時間比較晚，就沒有辦法將就住一晚上了。同時整個房間，電梯，走廊全部都是一股很讓人酸爽的味道，實在影響心長。
2.由於我行程發生了變化，提前入住了，提前 7 8個小時和攜程官方客服聯繫溝通好了，攜程確保我這邊提前入住手續都辦理好了，我直接人過去了就可以入住。但是呢等我晚上到了之後，發現酒店這邊反饋沒有接到通知我要提前入住（應該交接班的時候沒有交接好，或者是根本沒有把攜程官方的提前入住處理），經過個把小時的攜程官方和酒店方的溝通，終於入住進去了。
3.本來以為入住的是雲裳酒店，結果呢，説我入住的是雲上居酒店，也就是雲上居標間不屬於他們的房型，而是另外一家酒店，卻把連結掛在酒店下面，存在嚴重的誤導消費和掛羊頭賣狗肉嫌疑。
同時攜程官方客服服務確實很好，積極解決問題，不推諉，給攜程點贊。

酒店停車場不能停車，衹能坐中轉車到酒店，行李轉運不方便，影響入住遊玩入住感受，景區環境不錯

整體還可以，在景區內，中規中矩，隔音效果一般，服務還行，一切比較順利，在景區中比較方便住這裏，就是車子開不到酒店停車場，帶着行李有一點點麻煩

房間設施非常一般，除了在景區內這個優越位置外，真沒有留下任何特別的印象，房間地面的衞生打掃的非常不乾淨，酒店的價格偏高，私家車衹能停在景區的入口處，不能直接開到酒店所在的位置，衹能通過景區大巴到酒店，如果帶的行李比較多的情況下，不是特別方便

1、虛假宣傳，打着山楂樹*酒店的招牌，實際上位置偏，環境差，最無語的是服務差，不迴應消費者的問題，前台坐的看起來就是（可能是未成年的）小孩子，根本無法解決問題。
2、服務態度差，問班車時間等訊息回答很模糊，甚至有時態度很差。
3、酒店地理位置很不方便。返程時，這家酒店不包車，理直氣壯的，根本不把消費者放在眼裡。我們頂着大太陽，拎着大包小包的行李走到很遠的地方才能坐車。
