设施：大樓外觀有點年紀，但房內很多設施都是很新的。因為我需要洗衣服，房間有洗衣機超方便
卫生：床單毛巾那麼都是白的，很乾淨
环境：就在三峽遊客中心對面，很方便，吃也有萬達廣場
服务：老闆可幫忙訂一日遊（會比較便宜），老闆雖然不太熟遊船行程🤣但很樂意幫忙解決問題，沒有收了錢就不管，這個點讚
網上照片和房間很接近
陽台房可以看到長江，也不錯，怕吵訂另一邊的房間，我覺得房間性價比非常高，很不錯

此民宿是一個大户型隔了7個房間，隔音效果差。隔壁房間説話都能聽見。樓下就是馬路，夜間運輸車輛的轟嗚聲，吵得人睡不着。設施一般，衞生服務較差。訂連續兩晚的，結果第二天晚上回來，發現衞生沒打掃，一次性洗漱用品也沒添加，牙刷用的前一天的，牙膏一點也沒有了，兩條小毛巾還是第一晚用過的，沒辦法衹能自己重新洗洗再用。臨走向老闆反應此事，他競然狡辯説我們沒通知他打掃，真奇葩！每天打掃衞生不是所有旅館都應該做的嗎？還需要住客通知？我衹知道不需要打掃衞生才會通知或掛“請勿打擾”牌。差評！

房間位置很好，停車方便，房間空調、洗浴、投影一應俱全，房東人很親切，耐心講解遊玩事宜，服務周到，我們一家兩大兩小完全夠住。房子是視野非常好的江景房。馬路對面就是萬達，樓下小吃街都是本地特色。乘坐遊船不需要早起，下樓步行5分鐘即到，整體相當滿意。以後有機會再去宜昌玩還會選擇這家房源。
