The windows were broken and couldn't be locked. The hygiene was poor, and the 'laundry room' turned out to be just an outdoor washing machine.

I booked this room back in February for my May Day trip. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Its location is also fantastic, being very close to Xilingxia Happy Valley and conveniently located near the CBD. Highly recommended!

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The room layout was flawless, elegant yet wonderfully inviting. Service was impeccable. The BRT stop is conveniently located right outside the door, offering a direct line to East Station. Plus, there's a mini-supermarket that delivers right to your door anytime. Highly recommended!

The room was advertised as being on the 1st floor, but it was actually on a lower ground level, down a slope and right next to the road. The curtains weren't blackout, and seeing people's shadows walking by on the road at night through the window was quite unsettling. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was old and didn't cool, and the room felt very damp with a noticeable musty smell. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was truly unbearable. For the price, it was the worst quality I've ever encountered. Simply awful.

Huge thanks to Ctrip customer service for helping coordinate my room. It was clean and well-kept, making for a very pleasant stay! The hotel boasts excellent facilities. It's conveniently located right by the road, so it's super easy to find. They offer parking, but spots are quite limited; guests leave their car keys at the front desk, and the owner will assist with parking or moving vehicles.
