The hotel staff were incredibly warm and friendly. From check-in to check-out, every interaction felt genuinely thoughtful and personalized. They readily answered all our questions, proactively helped with our luggage, and made us feel truly welcome and cared for. Our Princess Suite was an absolute dream for our family. It was decorated so whimsically and cozily that our child was enchanted the moment they walked in. The generous space ensured a wonderfully comfortable stay for all of us. Breakfast offered an incredibly diverse spread of both Western and Chinese options. Everything was fresh and delicious, with plenty to satisfy both adults and children. But the real highlight was its unbeatable location, right in the heart of the CBD. With countless dining and shopping options nearby, it was incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and business trips, saving us a lot of time and effort. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to any family traveling with children. We'll definitely be back here on our next trip!

The room was excellent: clean, with a fantastic view, and the service was top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly and even provided complimentary fruit. The hotel's location is also superb, just a stone's throw from the famous Tielubala Snack Street, making dining incredibly convenient. It's also only about 100 meters from Aizi Xianbing.

Arrived at Junyao late at night. Night receptionist 6015 gave a wonderfully warm welcome. Check-in was swift, and they thoughtfully pointed out important details. They even proactively asked for my license plate. Truly fantastic and considerate service!

On a business trip to Yichang, I stayed at the Yichang Junyao Hotel. I have to give a special shout-out to the night shift front desk staff, 6015. His service made my entire trip incredibly comfortable. I arrived at the hotel in the evening, feeling quite down due to work matters. Staff 6015 noticed my mood and, while swiftly processing my check-in, also brightened my spirits with some humorous remarks. After checking in, I found the room to be cozy and comfortable, perfectly equipped with all the amenities needed for me to properly relax after a busy day of work.

The hotel boasts an excellent location and incredibly warm service. We were particularly impressed by the prompt service from 6010, which truly made us feel at home. A definite 5-star recommendation! Furthermore, there are convenient dining options nearby and a charming, compact children's park.

A fantastic hotel offering exceptional value for a 5-star property. The rooms are spacious, there's abundant hot water, and we enjoyed great views from the 31st floor. Its location is superb: the small alleyways right outside are brimming with local breakfast specialties. Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll find the local 'Aizi Xianbing' pastries, and a short stroll further takes you to a KFC. The CBD shopping mall is conveniently located just across the road. Dining is incredibly convenient, and taxis are always easy to find. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Yichang.

The room was very spacious. The staff were warm, attentive, and provided excellent service. The breakfast spread was plentiful and served until 10 AM, which allowed us to sleep in. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of dining options and supermarkets nearby. The CBD is just a block away.

The room's decor feels quite dated and doesn't really live up to what you'd expect from a five-star hotel. Breakfast was even more subpar; there wasn't even a proper coffee machine, just a basic instant coffee dispenser. On the other hand, Yichang's Three Gorges Waterfall was quite impressive.
