Pros: comfortable bed, good location, good air cond probably Cons: i am sorry, what a filthy dirty hotel, from people smoking in the lobby, to the filthy lobby, full of cigarette smell, carpets coming off the floor, floor not vacuumed, lobby and room. My room smelt so bad with cigarette smell I was coughing all night! Couldn’t wait to get out the filthy place! Not sure where all the positive reviews comes from, room was cheap but you expect a clean room at least!

This hotel is definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! From the lobby to the room, every detail shows luxury and taste. The room is spacious and bright, and the view outside the floor-to-ceiling window is beautiful. The bathroom is equipped with high-end toiletries and a bathtub. The hotel service is impeccable, and every staff is professional and thoughtful. Miaomiao at the front desk is particularly attentive, and highly recommended to travelers who pursue quality!

The room is large, the facilities are new, the sanitation is very clean, there is no traffic jam when traveling, and the waiters are very attentive. The two ladies at the front desk of the hotel are tall, have a really good figure, are good-looking, and speak sweetly.

Due to the night club on the 2nd floor, the lifts sometimes you may get a strong smoke smell. The night club entrance is exposed to passengers if the lift door is open, the night club environment is not suitable for children to see if you travel with family. Facilities are old but clean, good location. Housekeeping teams are good, but the front desk needs more training. Overall, Ramada CBD is still a good choice if you are looking for international chains with certain service standards.

The receptionists were very helpful even though the majority of us couldn’t speak Chinese. It would be helpful having a friend who can speak Chinese, but translate works too. The views were pretty nice as you can see and there are two nice elephant statues outside. The beds were clean, the shower was good, although the door didn’t seal properly and flooded the floor if you weren’t careful. Breakfast was buffet style and had a nice selection of Chinese food but nothing extraordinary. A few minutes taxi or 15 minute bike ride to the three gorges visitor centre if you want to do the cruise.

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the rooms come with projectors and small tents. The family rooms are perfect for staying with children. The bedding is comfortable and soft, and the two beds come with Pikachu and other cartoon pillows, which the children loved. The staff was friendly and attentive, and check-in and check-out were efficient. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The hotel is close to many restaurants, and its location is excellent, transportation is convenient, and the surrounding facilities are complete. It offers excellent value for money and I would stay here again.

Service of the Front desk reception was Very Unfriendly and unhelpful with ”I don't Care a Damn” attitude especially the evening staff who was more interested in playing on their phones rather than attending to me even after requesting them in Chinese. Even morning staff did not help when I asked them to help me to book a taxi as I was running short of time to catch my scheduled train. They asked me wait outside and find a taxi myself. Had to navigate myself. No breakfast available even though it was advertised that breakfast could be brought by paying the breakfast charge and No one to tell me the same. Location was Ok and not too far from the CBD or city centre. Right side of the corner had some amenities and stationary like pen, paper cup, hand wipes. Barring the service of the hotel staff, the price of the Room and hotel location were Ok.
