Speaking of the environment, it is worthy of the name of the garden. The flower mirror is very careful. In such hot weather, there are still many flowers in the garden, and the water watering every day is terrible and scary. The greening is very good and really beautiful.
Speaking of facilities, I chose the garden because there were lawns, swings, sandy land and swimming pools. It is worth mentioning that the water in the pool is very clean, and children play in it, so they are relieved.

The second time I stayed at Tongtai Hotel, I still felt very good. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful and sent tea and water, which was very warm! I went upstairs and met the housekeeping lady who greeted me politely. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was clean, the hot water was fast, the sleep was very quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast variety was not large, but I ate very full and comfortable! This hotel is really good, and the room price is very worthwhile.

GGuest UserThe room is bigger than my expectation. It is very clean and does not smell of cigarette. I especially like the hot shower. Strong and hot. Everything from bath towels, face towels, hand towels, paper cups are all wrapped up with plastic bag. I arrived late and was glad there was a restaurant on the ground floor that is still operating. The food is delicious. Especially the soup. Location wise even though is within walking distance to the HSR, I would recommend that to flag down a taxi because there is a lot of walking and with a heavy luggage it is quite challenging carrying the luggage up the stairs. There's plenty of taxi. I managed to get a taxi at 8am. Opposite the hotel at night there are lots of hawker food. Check in was fast and there is a tour desk on the ground floor I will definitely come back.

As it's a suite, would prefer to have tissue by the vanity counter & also another trash bin next to it as there is only one trash bin in the bathroom and it's located inside the toilet room instead.

GGuest UserThe location is very close to the Sanxia Airport, the hotel offered free airport drop off service and it only took about 5 minutes to reach the airport. The front desk was not experienced enough and her service attitude and quality need improvement especially the way how she talks. But the service of the manager 大堂副理小江 was good and even helped to deliver our luggage to the room himself.
During winter, heater is essential. Unfortunately, the heating system of entire hotel was not working on that day and a portable heater was given. The power of the portable heater was not enough to warm the entire room and the room was still freezing cold after 2 hours. I feedback to the front desk that it was way too cold for us and requested for a stronger heater or additional heater. However, my request was turned down and the front desk replied that the heating system was not working and there was nothing she could do. I was so angry and told her off that the malfunction of the heating system was hotel's problem and it was not my problem. I further requested that she better figured out how to make the room warm enough unless she wanted to be responsible for us if we fall sick. Finally, 大堂副理小胡and客户副理小江came with free fruits and snacks for apology and offered to change the current heater to a stronger heater for our room and then finally the entire room is warm enough.
We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was good but the varieties of breakfast needs improvement.

GGuest UserThe hotel is nice, but it I was in the process of being renovated while we stayed there. The amenities are excellent. Hotel has washer and dryer and even provided detergent and fabric softener, all for free. Hotel also provide two free can of soda and water. You can get more water from the front seat.

GGuest UserThe room was spotless, and the bed was wonderfully soft, perfect for a restful sleep. Our room featured a terrace offering stunning, unobstructed river views. The scenery was truly delightful – Yichang certainly lives up to its reputation as a tourist city, with lush green trees lining the riverbanks, providing beautiful glimpses of the Yangtze River right from our balcony. Linlin at the front desk was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, handling our check-in seamlessly. When we later had an issue, she promptly helped resolve it, which was truly commendable. If given the chance, I would definitely choose Yangtze Smart Select Hotel again.

AAnonymous UserI'll simply say that this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Value for money, design of my liking, exceptional service, excellent location are a few of the reasons why I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a vacation in Yichang.
I would like to mention the exceptional service given by Ms. Xiaolin, Ms. NiuNiu and Ms. MiaoMiao. They went the extra mile to make our stay a memorable one.
Room was a good size, cleaned everyday with complementary snacks and drinks replaced daily. Breakfast was really good too, we looked forward to it everyday for the 5 nights we stayed here. There is a laundry area you can use anytime you wish, a gym and a nearby park you can enjoy overlooking Yangtze river. It was easy to go around too, we booked Didi taxi even late at night and encountered no problems.
We hope to stay here again next time we visit Yichang!

GGuest UserThe lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. When I made my reservation, I'd requested a room with good ventilation, and she kindly switched us to one with an outward-facing window. The hotel is newly renovated, and the entire property was quite clean. The only drawback was that the room next door started some floor repairs around 7 AM the following morning. The noise was incredibly loud and woke me up multiple times. I contacted Ctrip's customer service, and they were very proactive in helping to resolve the issue. Overall, I was quite satisfied, mainly due to the excellent service. The hotel was also easy to locate, with clear signage right from the high-speed rail station exit. Getting around was convenient, and taxis were readily available, though it's a bit far from the city center.
