10min walk from one of the best night markets in Taiwan
Good amount of stores around the hotel
Personal hot tub was relaxing with unbeatable views
Pool was great. Only exception was during the day it was unusable when sunny which defeats the purpose of a pool but we used it on the cloudy days.
Rooms were big and clean. Staff was friendly and kind to children
Only thing is to stay away from dinner buffet. That wasn’t a good experience but the free breakfast was standard. I hope the teppanyaki and other places were better than the dinner buffet

The hotel view is perfect. Able to see 龟山 from balcony and even bathroom. The bathtub is perfect.
Abt 5 mins walk to luo dong night market.
Staff service from level 23 jap and tepan restaurant is very good. The breakfast quality has room for further improvement.

hotel view from the balcony is super over looking the city. hotel facilities are very good, location is just 5 minutes away from walk to Luoduang night market, very convenient, free buffet breakfast in the hotel restaurant, the food is super, good food is good mood. 👍 😘

真的一般，酒店破的不行，這價格估計也就因為温泉貴了點，趕上哪個公司團建，幾輛大旅行大巴，吵得不行，早餐種類多但無敵難吃…
週末這酒店人實在太多，等待下午三點入住口渴要瓶水也要錢，這個酒店真的不如大陸的三星級酒店服務…再也不會去選 強烈不推薦

A perfectly located hotel to explore Luodong and beyond. Loved the size of the room but especially the private hot spring in the bathroom

The hotel exceeded my expectations in almost every aspect. The location was relatively central to the city, not the nearest to the shops but walkable to get around.
The room we stayed was big and clean. The in-room hot bath was great for the cold nights! We enjoyed the refills of the drinks in the fridge as well as the snacks. The breakfast spread was alright, decent variety.
Thought that it would be good to have a concierge or doorman present given the stature of the hotel.

The hotspring is definitely the main reason to stay here, it was very cozy. They even provided baby cot and some baby amenities. Bed was comfortable.
