"Good size bunk beds and comfortable beds. Twin room with window is not as nice as the single bunk beds with no windows due to loud renovation outside the hotel. Room need more clothe and towel hanging for drying with their in house dehumidifier in room. Hotel public areas needs upgrades & bettwr cleaning and wall papers are moldy and peeling off walls or stained. Great location. TV volume too low to enjoy or hear the broadcasts ! Too many small details missed or housekeeping needs more attention. Staff very nice! Hotel could be much batter if they paid more attention to the details. Hotel also rents by the hour which can be challenging to the overnight stay guests!"

"I previously stayed in Room 205 without any issues. The hot spring water was good, leaving my skin feeling smooth. It's been renovated, but the facilities are simple but new. This time, I stayed in Room 206, and the soundproofing was terrible. The hallway was tiny, and there must have been a family staying there who had booked several rooms and were constantly moving around. The children and adults were talking and opening and closing doors in the hallway. 🙃 I could hear it clearly until midnight. Can't we rent out a room for so many people? I could hear the alarm clock next door going off three times in the morning..."

"Love this hotel even though the location is terrible, i love the staff, the hospitality, the never ending events they have, went to the rooftop bar to sit and chill with vouchers provided for ever 350 TWD spent. The individual onsen in each room was awesome. I stayed here twice in 2 months. Breakfast was wonderful! The waitress remembered us and our room numbers. They low-key kept a look out for a table for 6. Their restaurant was spacious, which makes the seating lesser and exquisite. Best experience ever. Will return if i go to Jiao Xi!"
