Lakeshore Hotel Suao
"Beautiful scenery, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. You can tell the breakfast was carefully prepared, even from a single green bean. The congee was also excellent. Looking forward to my next visit!"
LIVIN Hotel
"As a foreigner, I was worried about the self check-in, but a staff member helped me, making it easy. Self check-out was also very convenient. The Jiaoxi hot spring water was fantastic, and the bedding was comfortable. Plus, it had Netflix! I'd love to stay here again."
Wellspring by Silks Jiaoxi
"I originally booked a Deluxe Room but was upgraded to the Quan Si Suite. The room was very spacious, and the double bed was extra wide. The stay included afternoon tea, breakfast, and alcoholic beverages during specific hours. After checking out, I could leave my car parked until 1 PM. My only regret is that the hot spring tub was only big enough for one person, but overall, everything was excellent."
Breeze Hot Spring Hotel
"The bathroom is too small, and it takes five to ten minutes for the hot water to heat up. In summer, the blankets are too thick; it's too hot to cover myself with them, but too cold to leave them on."
Shengpin Hot Spring B&B
"This time we stayed in the 302 family room. The faucet in the bathroom sink was a bit stiff and needs to be replaced. A guest with a heavy hand might break it off. The dining area on the second floor is a great design. You can eat late-night snacks there without getting the room dirty, which is fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yilan."
Kilin Hotel JiaoXi
"The hotel offers a wide range of facilities, and there are plenty of indoor parking spaces, so you don't have to worry about the sun. The location is excellent with many restaurants nearby, and it's very convenient for souvenir shopping. Although there were few staff members at the front desk, they were all very friendly. However, check-in took a bit longer than expected. A minor downside was that the coffee machine at the afternoon bar was broken, and there was no ice, which was a shame given the hot weather."
MU JIAO XI HOTEL
"The hotel offers an exceptional experience, and the hospitality extended by all staff members, particularly Ms. Casy, is commendable. The ambiance and camaraderie are noteworthy."
Riverbank Villa
"Good sanitation, the boss explained clearly and friendly, the equipment is well designed, the black wheel (Fadou) is super cute"
Michi Hotel - Luodong
"It was okay. The hallway insulation isn't great, so I was woken up by noise in the morning. Breakfast hours are really short; the restaurant auntie said it's only until 9 AM. The breakfast itself is quite simple, mostly Chinese-style congee with a limited selection of bread."

Wonderwall
"The room was clean and tidy, with a beautiful view and a comfortable environment. They are very pet-friendly, the staff is kind, and parking is convenient. The breakfast was delicious, and the overall stay was excellent! We'll definitely be back!"
THE ARCHIPELAGO
"This hotel must be the best in eastern Taiwan. It boasts unbeatable ocean views, directly facing Turtle Island, and is conveniently located near Wushih Port, making it easy to catch whale-watching tours and enjoy seafood restaurants. We stayed for two nights, but due to a last-minute change in our itinerary, we ended up in different rooms (the first night in a Sky Mountain View room, the second in a Deluxe Ocean View room). Both rooms had excellent decor and views. We switched rooms on the second day at noon, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly. They had already prepared the ocean view room for us beforehand, allowing us to move in as quickly as possible. A big thank you to the front desk and service staff that day. The breakfast and dinner buffets were very rich and delicious, and the à la carte breakfast on the 3rd floor we had on another morning was also great. The public hot spring bath was fantastic. Overall, it's a wonderful five-star hotel that I highly recommend!"
Yilan Hibnb Guesthouse
"The boss is enthusiastic, the seaside is close, a little farther from the city"
Bali Slow Homestay
"The proprietress and the boss are very kind and caring. The environment of the homestay is very attentive. There are details everywhere. I want to reminisce about the feeling of going to Bali Island. It is very suitable here and more suitable for private buildings."
Hotel Royal Chiao Hsi
Japanese-style with indoor and outdoor hot springs. The lobby features a large bookshelf.
Cuncyue Hot Spring Resort
Near Luodong Night Market. Features balconies, hot springs and relaxing nano milk baths.
Silks Place Yilan
Features spacious rooms, Chinese and buffet dining, indoor pools, saunas, and spa pools.
The Westin Yilan Resort
"This time, we stayed in a two-bedroom villa, but the air conditioning kept having issues. The hotel's engineering team couldn't fix it properly, and since there were no other rooms of the same type available, they only agreed to upgrade us to a different room type at 5:15 PM. Shouldn't room facilities be checked before guests check in?"
Vasty Hotel
"The rooms were a bit dark for my liking. The best part about this was the bathrooms and the bathtub. The bathtub was as big as a jacuzzi. The buffet was not worth it. Transportation in this area is also very bad."
Shangri-La Boutique Hotel
"Didn't get to try the late-night snacks, but others did. This room type was perfect for our family of 5; we had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was decent. The kids' favorite part was definitely the play area, where they spent a whole hour."
Four Points by Sheraton Yilan Jiaoxi
"Overall, my stay was very pleasant!"
Hotel Les Champs Jiaosi
"Nice, clean room, no smoke smell The swimming pool is heated and the game room is fun. Will stay there"
Ya-Nold Hot Spring Hotel
"Very near to fengjia night market. NETS is also 5 mins away from the hotel. Their bath form and shampoo smell good too. The hotspring tub in the room is also big."
YZ SPA House
"Located in the bustling Jiaoxi area, the hotel offers great convenience with plenty of local eateries and izakayas nearby. The room comes with a private hot spring bath, and the soundproofing is quite good, making it a perfect stay for a relaxing weekend."
One Fukun Hotel
"The room is clean and tidy, the public hot spring area has abundant SPA facilities, the breakfast is rich in variety and unique in taste, suitable for family travel, close to the station, good environment, quiet at night"
Hotel Valletta
Spacious rooms, great hot springs, and a family‑friendly vibe with a tasty breakfast buffet.
