THE ARCHIPELAGO
"Everything is great . The ocean view through the porch is fantastic!!! If there is something I’ll suggest is to elevate the breakfast food quality . Other than that, everything is great in the hotel ."

Hotel Valletta

Prince Hot Spring Hotel
"Good size bunk beds and comfortable beds. Twin room with window is not as nice as the single bunk beds with no windows due to loud renovation outside the hotel. Room need more clothe and towel hanging for drying with their in house dehumidifier in room. Hotel public areas needs upgrades & bettwr cleaning and wall papers are moldy and peeling off walls or stained. Great location. TV volume too low to enjoy or hear the broadcasts ! Too many small details missed or housekeeping needs more attention. Staff very nice! Hotel could be much batter if they paid more attention to the details. Hotel also rents by the hour which can be challenging to the overnight stay guests!"
58hotspring Hotel
"Very comfortable stay in this hotel, very big room, and very high ceiling. You feel like a king in the room because the bathroom has a huge hotspring tub where you can soak in the comfort of your room. Worth coming to this hotel to just soak in the hotspring. Hotel staff quite friendly and speak good english. Only downside is that there are abt 5 steps of stairs to the entrance of the hotel and if you carry a heavy suitcase, will have to bring up and down. If you book the room across the road then you'll have to go to the other building opposite that is in the alleyway. Taiwan is generally safe, but going to find the hotel entrance (just a door) along the alley is still scary at night. Other than that, nearby have a lot of food options and the busy market streets. highly recommend!"
Duoai Mineral Spring
Relaxing mineral springs, beautiful mountain scenery, and a peaceful atmosphere for a perfect getaway.
Mutaixu hot spring
"Just across the public hot springs"

Just Sleep Jiaoxi
"This seems to be a fairly new hot spring hotel. The overall vibe is simple and stylish, and the staff are very Taiwanese-style warm and attentive, which makes traveling back home feel really relaxing. The only downside is that the room is quite small, but land prices in this hot spring town are probably high, so it’s understandable. The breakfast is rich and delicious. I’d definitely stay here again next time."
RSL Cold & hot Springs Resort Suao
Great spot for a relaxing getaway with both cold and hot springs. The staff were friendly and the kids had a blast.
Orient Luxury Hotel-Jiao Xi
"This is my very first negative review. I usually only leave five-star reviews to compliment hotels that exceed expectations. As a frequent traveller who has stayed in various accomodation types, I am writing this solely because of the customer service we experienced. We arrived at the hotel before 11am and were informed that check-in was “最迟是三点”, meaning latest by 3pm. We left and returned around 2pm and were told that our room was not ready, so we waited in the lobby with our young children. We did not ask for early check-in or pressure the staff in any way and were prepared to wait. During this time, several guests who arrived after us were checked into their rooms. While we understand they may have had different room types, it did not make the long wait any easier, especially as we were the only family waiting in an otherwise quiet lobby. At 2:56pm, we were informed that our room was ready. We then politely asked if it would be possible to have a late checkout at 12pm the next day. The immediate response was no, with the explanation that late checkout is only given to guests who check in after 3pm, and that it was not yet 3pm. This response was extremely frustrating. One would expect reasonable customer service to at least: 1)acknowledge the long wait, 2)explain the policy politely, 3)recognise that being checked in just four minutes before 3pm is cutting it very close to an “on-time” check-in. When we asked whether some flexibility could be considered, the staff discussed among themselves and told us that they had already done us a favour by giving us someone else’s room to shorten our wait. It was later acknowledged that this “someone else’s room” was exactly the same room type that we had booked. This explanation only increased our frustration. The staff had checked us into a room of our exact booked type merely four minutes before the 3pm deadline, yet framed this as a special favour. They then used this 'favour' to deny our polite request for a late checkout, which made us feel penalized for simply expecting reasonable service. As a guest, it makes no difference to me whether the room number is 801, 802, or 803. I do not understand why this was considered a favour, or why it was even relevant to the discussion. In the end, late checkout was offered, but the attitude felt reluctant rather than professional, as if it was granted simply to end the conversation. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. A hotel can have nice rooms, but it will never be enjoyable if the customer service is poor. For balance, the room itself was quite nice, although the shower took a long time to warm up. The public hot spring area is quite small, and we ended up not using it."
Vasty Hotel
"[Vasty Hotel is a 3-star boutique resort in Jiaoxi offering a Nordic-inspired, minimalist aesthetic with exceptional hospitality. The property features private in-room stone hot spring tubs, a 24/7 complimentary snack bar, a rooftop pool, and a prime location near the bus station. While rooms are compact and breakfast is locally focused, it provides high value through generous amenities."
Lakeshore Hotel Suao
"The hot and cold springs in the room were great, I'll definitely come back next time."
Resort One Hotel
Good location. Walking distance from Jiaoxi Station is less than 500m.
Hotel Pin Jiaoxi
Enjoy hot springs in the room. The game room features age-specific designs and Switch games.
Kilin Hotel JiaoXi
"Very good Location to stay in Kilin Hotel. Restaurant and souvenir shop everywhere. Stay comfortable and clean. It a relax trip with family. Highly recommed!"
The Westin Yilan Resort
"Extremely beautiful and relaxing. We loved the facilities and had so much fun in the pool. Also, the food provided in the bar and during breakfast period is certainly extraordinary. We had a wonderful time there enjoying ourselves."
Four Points by Sheraton Yilan Jiaoxi
"A friendly hotel, with polite, welcoming staff. The rooms had great WiFi, large TV and as others have said an amazing Japanese style hot spring bath. We thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi pool, snacks during the day (including wine)and trekking nearby. The rooms unfortunately had thin walls/doors so you could hear people around you, beds were small and quite uncomfortable and the ac in the room did not provide heating so we found it quite cold. The dehumidifier in the room was also very loud. Breakfast was good, but would be nice if they made it clear of egg options available. I found it strange the local hot springs were public right outside, this made it seem less secure that anyone can walk in the hotel."
