Lakeshore Hotel Suao ★★★★
"The hotel staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, which I really appreciated. There aren't many special tourist attractions or themes nearby the hotel. The biggest highlight of the hotel is having both hot and cold springs available. However, the dehumidifier in the room was extremely loud, which was a significant disturbance for someone who has trouble sleeping."
Breeze Hot Spring Hotel ★★★
"Breeze Hot Spring Hotel is super convenient, just a one-minute walk from Jiaoxi Train Station. You can reach most of Jiaoxi town in about 3-5 minutes on foot. We took the Kamalan bus from Taipei Bus Station, near Taipei Main Station, to Jiaoxi and it was about an 8-minute walk to the hotel. The front desk allowed us to check in early at 2:40 PM. Although the room was small, the bathroom's hot spring tub was very comfortable. There's also a cozy lounge on the first floor where guests can relax, chat, and enjoy complimentary tea bags and hot water, with a bookshelf full of books for entertainment. It's a very thoughtful setup."
Michi Hotel - Luodong ★★
"The room is clean, toilet also clean, have bath tub but we did not use it. Staff is helpful to help take care of luggage"
Hotel Pin Jiaoxi ★★★★
Enjoy hot springs in the room. The game room features age-specific designs and Switch games.
Kilin Hotel JiaoXi ★★★★
"This hotel is outdated, you can see a thin layer of moss on the floor due to the showerhead dripping constantly, the public hot springs area has quite a few jet controllers out of order,l had to request a dehumidifier to get rid of moldy smells in the room. The breakfast was a reasonable price with an average quality, the rooftop naked spa area has beautiful night light views, also, the good thing was all the staff were super helpful for all the requests."
Just Sleep Jiaoxi ★★★★
"This seems to be a fairly new hot spring hotel. The overall vibe is simple and stylish, and the staff are very Taiwanese-style warm and attentive, which makes traveling back home feel really relaxing. The only downside is that the room is quite small, but land prices in this hot spring town are probably high, so it’s understandable. The breakfast is rich and delicious. I’d definitely stay here again next time."
Shankou Hotspring Hotel ★★★
"Poor sound insulation, leaking bathroom floors, a bathtub that was too high with no safety handrails, and poor ventilation meant that taking my elderly mother there almost resulted in a fatal accident."
Gamalan FL Spring Hotel ★★★
"Close to Railway Station and a straight road down to the walking street."
Evergreen Resort Hotel (Jiaosi) ★★★★★
Offers Eurasian suites, milk baths, Japanese bedrock baths, and a large rooftop garden pool.

MU JIAO XI HOTEL
"The lighting inside the elevator is insufficient, and the floor buttons are poorly designed, making it very inconvenient for guests to get in and out. Why isn't it designed so that the LED lights on the floor buttons are normally lit, allowing guests to see which floor to press as soon as they enter the elevator, and then the ring around the number lights up after a button is pressed?"
Cuncyue Hot Spring Resort
Near Luodong Night Market. Features balconies, hot springs and relaxing nano milk baths.
Wellspring by Silks Jiaoxi
"I've stayed at their sister hotel, Just Sleep, before, and this time I'm at Wellspring by Silks. The room is spacious, and the private hot spring tub is outdoors, which is amazing with the fresh air flowing around! It's a shame I forgot my swimsuit this time, otherwise, I would've checked out the outdoor public hot spring and swimming pool on the rooftop."
THE ARCHIPELAGO
"I really appreciate that this floor has its own exclusive breakfast and afternoon tea. The view is undeniably stunning; you wake up to an endless ocean. This place is very family-friendly, highly recommended for those with kids."
Hotel Les Champs Jiaosi
"The hotel is located next to the Jiaoxi Passenger Terminal and a few minutes' walk from the Taiwan Railway Station. The transportation is extremely convenient. I took Tonglian 1661 from Taoyuan International Airport directly to the Jiaoxi Transfer Station and got off and left my luggage in a few minutes. To the hotel, it is very quick to take the Taiwan Railway to Yilan and Luodong. The attitude of the hotel staff is also very good. It is very convenient to go out to the busy city."
Urban Oasis Inn
"The starry sky room in the hotel is beautiful, the room is very clean, the boss is very polite, and the water quality of the swimming pool is also very clean. There are one large and one small for adults and children to play in, which is great. There are also toys for children in the lobby on the first floor, which makes the children have a lot of fun."
Islandsunrise
"The guesthouse features an industrial-style design, has parking, a comfortable and clean environment, excellent hospitality, and a friendly young lady. The shared spaces are also quite nice, making it a highly recommended stay."
Artisan Hostel
"Not far from the interchange. About a 10-minute walk to the alley entrance where there's a FamilyMart. Parking available. The guesthouse is beautifully designed; the first floor has a reception desk and a restaurant. Breakfast is Chinese-style porridge and toast. The selection isn't huge, but the food is delicious. The campervan I stayed in was small but fully equipped. Bathroom and toilet were included. Hot water came quickly. The soundproofing was better than I expected. It's near the railway, so you can clearly see trains passing by. The train noise and vibration were acceptable. They provided Yilan-style ox-tongue biscuits. It was a unique accommodation experience."
Crownshine Resort
"The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a rich variety of dishes. It wasn't a rough hodgepodge, but clearly prepared with care. The juice wasn't the bottled concentrated kind; you could taste the pulp, giving it a freshly squeezed feel. The toast wasn't just plain white bread either, but came in different flavors. The dining hours were also thoughtfully extended until past noon, offering more options for late risers!"
YZ SPA House
"The bed is big and comfortable. The only downside is that the refrigerator is shared with others outside, which is a little inconvenient. The parking lot is outside, but it is very close to the hotel. The breakfast has few styles but a lot of vegetables. I like it."
One Fukun Hotel
"Front desk ladies are very welcoming and helpful, one of them smiled a lot that made us very comfortable. She gave us early check in too. The spa pool is very good to experience. The breakfast was only fair."
Hotel Valletta
Spacious rooms, great hot springs, and a family‑friendly vibe with a tasty breakfast buffet.
