Outstanding
GGuest UserCaught a stunning sunrise. The room was very comfortable; aside from the pillows being a bit too high, everything else was great. The breakfast was delicious, the staff were friendly, and the views were beautiful. Would definitely come back if I get the chance! 💖 Sharing a photo of the view from our room!
AAlina GhgThe place was very clean and close to the city, however the communication was quite poor. We got there half an hour before the check-in time, after a day of cycling, and been told we need to wait for the exact check-in time because the room is not ready yet, although there wasn’t anyone there.
It took a bit of back and forth to even be allowed to leave our bags there.
The next day they were undergoing some construction or renovation, without any notification that this will happen and the builders were very reckless and dropped glass that shattered just next to us while setting up the bikes in front on the house.
Someone from the staff also arrived when we were about to leave, and she was very rude, completely ignoring us when he said hello.
I wish I could give this a five star for the property itself, but, unfortunately, the management brought the score down.
SShu HuiThe hotel stay (or perhaps I can describe as air BnB?) included the costume dress up (it's for all of the days you are going to stay there). It was fun though it's quite cold when we visited. There are elaborate princess dresses for all sizes of people, young and old. And their outdoors are just perfect for taking photos. One can also dress up and take photos in their rooms or even when having meals. It's just that they don't have photography services so it would depend on quality of smartphones.
We have sort of a whole house by ourselves.. entering from a gate passing by a flower garden then to the main door. It's a great experience and kids would really love it. There's a princess bed in the room with slide for mine.
The breakfast was interesting. We had a variety of food from soups, toast, porridge and little snacks (all handmade), milk tea and freshly squeezed orange juice.
Location wise, have to get an Uber to go out to get some lunch/dinner. There are no food deliveries in the area. There is no in house dining other than breakfast (included in cost) and hi tea.
Overall, this place to stay is a great experience and value for money.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel service was excellent. I had messed up my booking details, but they were very patient and helped me make the changes. The hotel's location is super convenient, right near the station with lots of great food options and close to the night market. The view from outside the hotel is also very open and pleasant.
VVacation GuySimple room. It not those super nice hotel. Good for a night and is very near to the train station and most of the local tourist attraction places. Night market is right beside
DdyhxConvenient location in Luodong city centre, walking distance to Luodong Night Market, Luodong Forestry Cultural Park with a supermarket and convenience stores nearby too. The hotel is on level 6 within a building with a few other accommodation chains and offices. There's a car park just opposite the building. I love the decor here, from the clean, sleek interior at reception to the rooms. There are instant coffee and tea bags, and hot/cold filtered water on tap available at the common area just in front of the reception that is open to all guests. They have just 18 rooms here, in varying room types, sizes and interior design but they all look great! I love the use of positive messages on coloured backgrounds for the doors. I had a corner room which was spacious and clean. Bed and pillow were a little softer than I would like but that's just personal preference. Basic amenities are provided and I love the open wardrobe concept too.
The staff here are amazing. So helpful, so friendly. I'm particularly impressed by the location map they've put together to share with guests on recommended food to try in the vicinity and mostly on point! For this price, it's super value for money.
GGuest UserTraveling with family and friends, we chose this hotel in Jiaoxi for its hot springs, and it was definitely worth the price. Everyone was very happy with it, and we'd likely choose this one again if we visit in the future. Plus, the hotel is right across from the hot spring festival, and the lights at night are beautiful! 😁

GGuest UserIt rained during my stay, so the views weren't very clear. The duplex room layout was excellent! The only minor flaw was a small gap in the bathroom door. The bathtub wasn't huge, but soaking in it while enjoying the scenery was very relaxing. Even with the rain, the evening activities went smoothly, though you couldn't avoid getting a bit wet. I wouldn't recommend dinner; the hotel caters to tour groups, and the restaurant was incredibly noisy 😅. For a set meal priced at 500+10%, the value for money was extremely low!
GGuest UserThe hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and there is free parking. The hotel also provides afternoon tea and late-night snacks. It is very good and worth recommending!

GGuest UserThe location is convenient, about a 10-minute walk to Luodong Night Market. There's a *** across from the hotel, and nearby are some delicious stinky tofu and noodle restaurants. The room facilities are cozy and simply furnished, which is great for light travelers and offers good value for money. There's also a self check-in machine on the ground floor, which is quite convenient.
