"The hotel boasts an excellent location, quite close to Luodong Station and the night market. The premises were clean, and the room was spacious enough. The Japanese-speaking staff at check-in were very helpful. They even provided an extra bottle of water. The only minor downside was the absence of soap in the bathroom sink area. The hotel was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. My smartwatch even recorded an excellent sleep score of 80, which confirms I had a great night's rest here."

"I won't come back. The room was terrible. The four-person room was tiny, and the double bed was also small. The toilet was damp and smelled terrible. There was no place to hang or put clothes. I didn't dare use the private hot spring, and the bathtub was too dirty to use. The room wasn't cheaper than other rooms, yet the room was so bad. There was no restaurant for breakfast, just a small breakfast area. This was a three-day, two-night trip to Yilan, thankfully I only stayed one night."

Yu Peng Villa was our first and BEST accommodation on this Yilan-Taroko-SML-Alishan road trip. We arrived much later than expected and were relieved that our message to Trip.com got through to the guesthouse. When we drove up to the place (an easy find with GPS), a member of the staff walked up to our car and guided us to the drop off point. I love the designer vibes of the property which is well maintained with a sizeable garden and plenty of flowers in bloom. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The showers worked and there was hot water. The western-style breakfast was generous in portion and delicious. Best of all was the hospitality extended to us. It was the only place where we felt truly welcomed on this 8-day trip. The staff here chatted with us, gave advice on places of interest and sent us off with fruit from the orchard. After the great experience here, all the other places we stayed at pale drastically in comparison. If you're planning to visit the Kavalan Distillery, this place is a great stayover option! Truly a slice of paradise.

recently stayed at Just Sleep Jiaoxi and had a very enjoyable and comfortable visit. As two older adults, we really appreciated how convenient the hotel’s location was—close to the main attractions, food options, and the train station, yet still peaceful enough for proper rest. The room was clean, well-kept, and pleasantly spacious. The in-room hot spring bath was a highlight for us. It was easy to use, very relaxing, and perfect for soothing tired muscles at the end of the day. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and we slept well throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, patient, and always ready to help with directions and suggestions. They never made us feel rushed and were consistently warm and professional. Breakfast offered a nice variety, with simple but tasty options that suited us well. We also appreciated how smoothly everything was managed—from check-in to housekeeping. Overall, Just Sleep Jiaoxi gave us a relaxing, fuss-free stay with great value. We wouldn’t hesitate to return on our next visit to Jiaoxi.

The hotel is good for relaxing as you can enjoy the spa. Their design is nice too. Very enjoyable to stay. It will be perfect if they have amenities like laundry. The room has some smell due to humidity at first but it is alright after the aircon and dehumidifier is operating for awhile.

The hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from the station, though walking wasn’t ideal during my stay due to rain. It’s a grand hotel and very walkable (3-10 minutes) to supermarkets, convenience stores, cafés, and even the night market. We chose this hotel because it’s one of the few that offers dual hot and cold spring tubs in the room. Bath salts were provided for the cold spring bath and replenished daily, which was a nice touch. There was a minor issue with one of the tubs leaking, but service recovery was excellent! Housekeeping checked promptly (within 4 minutes from our call) and we were switched to another room within 30 minutes, which was very much appreciated. The room, especially the toilet area, was spacious and matched the photos shown online. While some furniture and the tubs were slightly worn, there were no hygiene issues and the bed was comfortable. No noise issue at all. Breakfast had a good spread of Western and Chinese options. We arrived close to closing time, but the staff ensured we were well taken care of, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed ourselves.

The location is easy to find The service staff is very polite The environment is not bad because the pillow has a lot of hair, about 3 long hairs, and we haven’t used it yet. Bedside table, corner, thick dust🧐 Toilet toilet paper is flat toilet paper. You have to count the number of sheets yourself and it is difficult to know the thickness (it depends on your personal habits) When we arrived, it was around 17:30 and the service staff asked you to have some snacks. It’s actually past snack time and I’m just a little hungry😋 Indoors, we saw that there was no parking space in front of the hotel when we returned (renting a motorcycle) because the door was full of motorcycles. Unless we move the car, there is still room for one. Come out immediately and tell us that you can park in the opposite parking lot without moving the car. ＜Not far away within 50 meters＞ My cat-loving friend Meijiamei has three aborigines who are very close to people. Very cute, but it’s a pity that I forgot to bring my phone to take pictures when I went to Lu Mao
