Hotel Review: Jiaoxi Wellsprings Hotel (Family Stay) Our family recently stayed at Jiaoxi Wellsprings Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience for both adults and kids. The combination of modern comfort, private hot springs, and a great location made it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway. Location & Convenience The hotel is centrally located in Jiaoxi, just a short walk from Jiaoxi Train Station and close to local restaurants, night markets, and family-friendly attractions. The convenience of having everything within reach made our trip much easier, especially with kids in tow. Family-Friendly Rooms & Amenities We booked a family room, which was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The highlight for us was the private in-room hot spring tub, which allowed us to enjoy the hot springs as a family in a comfortable and private setting. The kids absolutely loved it! The beds were comfortable, and the room had all the necessary amenities, including slippers and yukatas, making our stay even more enjoyable. Hot Spring Facilities Apart from the in-room hot spring, the hotelâs rooftop open-air hot spring was a fantastic experience. The view of the surrounding mountains was breathtaking, and the warm mineral water was incredibly soothing after a day of exploring. Itâs a must-visit, especially in the evening. Service & Hospitality The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating to families. They provided excellent service, from check-in to check-out, and were always happy to offer recommendations for nearby attractions and food options. Breakfast & Dining The breakfast buffet had a good mix of Taiwanese and Western options, catering to both adults and kids. While the selection was decent, we would have liked to see a bit more variety for children. That said, everything was fresh and well-prepared. Overall Experience Jiaoxi Wellsprings Hotel is a great choice for families looking to experience Jiaoxiâs hot springs in a comfortable and convenient setting. The private hot spring tubs, spacious rooms, and friendly service made our stay very enjoyable. We would definitely return for another family getaway! Rating: 4.5/5 Highly recommended for families traveling to Jiaoxi!

VVNFYu Peng Villa was our first and BEST accommodation on this Yilan-Taroko-SML-Alishan road trip. We arrived much later than expected and were relieved that our message to Trip.com got through to the guesthouse. When we drove up to the place (an easy find with GPS), a member of the staff walked up to our car and guided us to the drop off point. I love the designer vibes of the property which is well maintained with a sizeable garden and plenty of flowers in bloom. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The showers worked and there was hot water. The western-style breakfast was generous in portion and delicious. Best of all was the hospitality extended to us. It was the only place where we felt truly welcomed on this 8-day trip. The staff here chatted with us, gave advice on places of interest and sent us off with fruit from the orchard. After the great experience here, all the other places we stayed at pale drastically in comparison. If you're planning to visit the Kavalan Distillery, this place is a great stayover option! Truly a slice of paradise.

It was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience! This hotel really checked all the boxes for a comfortable and family-friendly getaway. The highlight for us was the tatami-style bed in the room. Itâs low to the ground, which made it absolutely perfect for our toddler and 1-year-old. We didnât have to worry about them rolling off the bed, and it even doubled as a safe, spacious play area during the day. The kids loved crawling and jumping around, and we parents could relax knowing they were safe. The private hot spring in our room was the best part of the stay. After a long day of traveling and exploring, being able to soak in the hot spring was exactly what we needed. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for unwinding while the kids napped or played. Orient Luxury Hotel in Jiaoxi is a fantastic choice for families, especially those with young kids. The tatami-style beds, private hot spring, and thoughtful service made our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. If youâre looking for a comfortable, family-friendly hotel in Yilan, this is definitely a great option. We left feeling refreshed and canât wait to come back for another visit! The grandparents especially loved itâit was so convenient for them to enjoy the hot spring without having to leave the room. It really helped us recharge for the next day! The breakfast buffet was great! There was a good mix of Western and local Taiwanese dishes, and everything was fresh and delicious. The kids enjoyed the pancakes and fruit, while the grandparents appreciated the traditional congee and hot tea.

recently stayed at Just Sleep Jiaoxi and had a very enjoyable and comfortable visit. As two older adults, we really appreciated how convenient the hotelâs location wasâclose to the main attractions, food options, and the train station, yet still peaceful enough for proper rest. The room was clean, well-kept, and pleasantly spacious. The in-room hot spring bath was a highlight for us. It was easy to use, very relaxing, and perfect for soothing tired muscles at the end of the day. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and we slept well throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, patient, and always ready to help with directions and suggestions. They never made us feel rushed and were consistently warm and professional. Breakfast offered a nice variety, with simple but tasty options that suited us well. We also appreciated how smoothly everything was managedâfrom check-in to housekeeping. Overall, Just Sleep Jiaoxi gave us a relaxing, fuss-free stay with great value. We wouldnât hesitate to return on our next visit to Jiaoxi.

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from the station, though walking wasnât ideal during my stay due to rain. Itâs a grand hotel and very walkable (3-10 minutes) to supermarkets, convenience stores, cafĂ©s, and even the night market. We chose this hotel because itâs one of the few that offers dual hot and cold spring tubs in the room. Bath salts were provided for the cold spring bath and replenished daily, which was a nice touch. There was a minor issue with one of the tubs leaking, but service recovery was excellent! Housekeeping checked promptly (within 4 minutes from our call) and we were switched to another room within 30 minutes, which was very much appreciated. The room, especially the toilet area, was spacious and matched the photos shown online. While some furniture and the tubs were slightly worn, there were no hygiene issues and the bed was comfortable. No noise issue at all. Breakfast had a good spread of Western and Chinese options. We arrived close to closing time, but the staff ensured we were well taken care of, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed ourselves.

The location is easy to find The service staff is very polite The environment is not bad because the pillow has a lot of hair, about 3 long hairs, and we havenât used it yet. Bedside table, corner, thick dustđ§ Toilet toilet paper is flat toilet paper. You have to count the number of sheets yourself and it is difficult to know the thickness (it depends on your personal habits) When we arrived, it was around 17:30 and the service staff asked you to have some snacks. Itâs actually past snack time and Iâm just a little hungryđ Indoors, we saw that there was no parking space in front of the hotel when we returned (renting a motorcycle) because the door was full of motorcycles. Unless we move the car, there is still room for one. Come out immediately and tell us that you can park in the opposite parking lot without moving the car. ïŒNot far away within 50 metersïŒ My cat-loving friend Meijiamei has three aborigines who are very close to people. Very cute, but itâs a pity that I forgot to bring my phone to take pictures when I went to Lu Mao
