非常差的住宿體驗，五星的酒店的價格，經濟型的裝修。衞生比較差，前台服務態度也不好。晚上回酒店洗澡水出來的是黃色，等了維修人員一個多小時，打了投訴才來的。

住過最差的一家希爾頓歡朋 這家真的很失望.服務真的很差.衞生也很差 洗簌除了牙刷和牙膏連個棉花簽都沒有的 主打就是怎麼省錢怎麼來服務行業 節省開支是必要的 畢竟也是四星了 該配的也得配上
熨燙機也沒有 水吧枱連個咖啡勺子都沒有 哎 感覺進了個快捷連鎖店
服務態度好差 還能忽悠住客 問總枱要個一次性勺子説沒有 結果吃早餐發現一次性勺子任意可以自取 . 尊重是相互的！

非常滿意，第一次入住希爾頓歡朋，酒店定位是中高端連鎖商務酒店，價格比較優惠，在同檔次水平裏還是略顯豪華的，畢竟血統正宗。餐食超好，品種多，種類全。現做的牛肉麪，味道也很不錯。前台工作人員很認真負責，幫忙打包我要託運的登山杖，同時感謝前台李姓小姐姐，給我免費升級了房間。客房服務人員還找到了我的帽子。十分感謝。
