The rooms are uniquely decorated, clean and tidy, and even have smart toilets, which are very comfortable. The breakfast is also plentiful. For this price, the hotel experience truly exceeded my expectations and deserves a positive review."

"I have reported the problem to the front desk, but there is no feedback. The arranged room is next to the distribution box. It is not obvious during the day. At night, I can hear buzzing in the closet next to the bed. I went back late at night. We wanted to have a good rest, but there was a buzz all night. The children were tired from playing and fell asleep soundly. My husband and I didn't have the nerve to ask the front desk to change rooms. I reported the problem during the day. I said that a hotel that has been open for 10 years assigned the problematic room to the guest. The front desk also told me that we did not know about this problem in the first place and we did not go up. They also said that the room was out of service and would be repaired immediately. I admire it. This kind of righteousness is none of my business what you tell me about your repairs. I don’t even want to talk about the poor hygiene of the bathtub. I just didn’t take some photos to prove it. This is how Yinchuan five-star hotels provide service. I feel angry just thinking about it!"

"1. When checking in, seeing there were many people, I asked for two pairs of slippers, thinking they wouldn't have to run around and would reduce the workload for the staff. The staff told me there were slippers in the room, making me feel like I'd never stayed in a hotel before. I said I got wet from showering, so I wanted two more pairs. She said, "Go call from your room," but in the end, she brought them herself. I don't know what she was after. 2. I initially stayed on the 8th floor. The toilet wouldn't flush at night. I was thinking of not calling the front desk because it was so late, but the window was also broken, making two thumping noises every few minutes. At 2 AM, it was so noisy I couldn't sleep, so I called. The repairman came but couldn't fix it, so I had to change rooms in the middle of the night with all my bags. 3. After changing to the 9th floor, it was incredibly noisy outside early in the morning. I hadn't slept well all night, and then there was a wedding party early in the morning, with noise starting very early. The hotel wasn't considerate at all; knowing I hadn't slept until midnight, they changed me to a different floor for the wedding party. Then I took the free drinks from the minibar with me before leaving; it was an open, half-open bottle that I planned to drink on the way. 4. The new hotel wasn't very clean either; the sink and bedside table were dirty! Dust was everywhere."
