The hotel told me to cancel this order in lobby , and collect my money at front desk. Need REFUND because they treated me and collect money for twice , they say they cannot receive this order from trip.com! Please proceed on refund and no one answer this issue from both trip.com and hotel.

來銀川出差，看到網上評分比較高，所以選擇住美麗豪，酒店位置離商圈很近，附近有公交站交通也很方便，前台有各種增值小物品，都是免費的，早餐很豐盛，各種麪食小食，色香味俱全。房間設施設備也比較全面，特別表揚的是這裏的服務，遇見的每個員工都會親切有禮的問好，尤其前台漆永永各種服務都親力親為，面面俱到，這裏應該就是酒店界的海底撈了吧，房間是木地板，乾濕分離的衞生間， 設施設備很新穎，有led高清化粧鏡，電動化窗簾，投影也很不錯，房間衞生打掃的也很乾凈，免費無限供應的礦泉水很值得大家來體驗。寧夏的各種旅遊景點也值得推薦大家來打卡，總之玩的很開心，下次有機會還會過來住！

首次入住美麗豪酒店，我必須要給這家酒店一個大大的好評！從進入酒店開始，服務態度都非常的好，酒店前台的張瑞霞很快的就給我辦理好了手續，熱情為我講解開票流程，服務非常的貼心。房間很乾凈整潔，日常用品也配備的應有盡有，酒店的環境優雅，裝修精緻。酒店有自己的停車場，進出車還是免費的，很大，很寬敞，還有地下的停車場。由於我是凌晨辦理入住的工作人員很熱情真的讓人感覺很温暖！很貼心！出門在外，就要選擇這樣人性化服務的酒店！期待下一次的入住！

這家酒店的服務真的太棒了！從辦理入住的那一刻起，工作人員小姚的熱情讓我感受到了家的温暖。辦入住還有茶水和熱毛巾的服務很周到。房間乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適，設施齊全。無論是公共區域還是房子裏面，整體佈局都很好。酒店內隨處可見的瓶裝水而不是每個房子都放兩瓶隨便喝都可以，酒店位置優越，出行方便，離機場高鐵站都不遠。周邊就有商圈。門口有超大的停車場。停車也是免費的。特別要提的是酒店的早餐，是自助的。種類豐富，美味可口。強烈推薦這家酒店，下次還會選擇這裏入住！

這次的入住體驗非常愉快！酒店的環境挺優雅，大堂寬敞明亮，給人一種放鬆温馨舒適的感覺。房間的用品佈置得很用心，都在順手的位置，衞生也很乾凈整潔，尤其是床品。設施很齊全，床鋪非常舒適，整晚睡得很舒服。浴室也很乾凈，熱水充足，洗漱用品質量不錯。前廳郭宇昕的服務態度特別好，從入住到離店都很有耐心，主動幫我贈送了早餐，還推薦了附近的景點和美食。早餐種類豐富，中西式結合，味道也很棒。酒店位置很方便，離機場和商業區都很近，出行非常便利。整體來説，這次入住體驗非常不錯的，酒店的性價比很高，下次來還會選擇這裏，也會推薦給朋友！
