前台服務差，面無表情，毫不熱情，電話號碼説了三遍也沒記住，還怪客人説的不是手機號。早餐如果不問就不告知樓層，入住全程哭喪臉。
房間衞生差，地毯特別臟，地面還有煙頭。設施問題也很大，房門安全鎖是壞的，鎖不上；空調温度不可調，洗澡水忽冷忽熱，牙刷衹配了一個，捲紙極少，而且房間面積很小，勉強攤開箱子，豪華標間衹是用來區別房型的名字而已。
倒是在特別醒目的位置放了價目表，預設每位客人都會損壞房間裏的東西，定價特別離譜。
早餐衞生堪憂，住客用自己的筷子去夾自助區的菜品，還有直接上手的，衝著飯菜咳嗽的……服務人員沒人提醒，都扎堆兒聊天，聲音很大，環境嘈雜喧鬧。
唯一可取之處是停車場夠大，自駕方便。

山西自駕從北京出發，11點半到達懸空寺，第一站去的懸空寺，在景區遊玩，晚上入住到應縣，秦園商務酒店首選入住，體驗特別好
衞生：房間很乾凈整潔
環境：距離應縣木塔很近
服務：前台接待服務態度很好很滿意。
酒店有餐廳，吃飯很方便，口感味道都不錯。

真的是太驚喜了，真的是內藏乾坤啊，非常的乾淨，有自己的停車場，停車超級方便，門口還有一家超級好吃的飯店，我老爸真的超級滿意的一家，房間很大，創也超級舒服，而且房間很智能，如果還有機會去應縣一定會兒二次光顧的。

酒店的好意心領了，説是為了方便安排在同一側，但升級後的高級大床房確實對不起高級倆字，地毯很臟，牀頭櫃旁邊灑的不知是什麼，令人不適，而且窗户是個假窗户，打開窗是走廊，直呼憋屈。

應縣雖然不大，但這家酒店各項服務還很正規，酒店停車方便，有個很大的獨立院子能停很多車停車方便，房間超預期，訂的3人間。一大床一小床，房屋面積足足有50多平米，帶外飄窗，採光日照充足，房間裏有小度，電動窗簾，小桌球架子，大沙發，送的免費早餐也不錯，位置離應縣木塔步行900米，很方便，周邊有餐館，在酒店吃飯也可以。關鍵價格也很親民。滿分好評。

酒店位置稍偏僻有自己的停車場停車方便。
前台服務員工辦理入住快速而且態度好。
房間裝修較新而且乾淨企理無異味但地毯上污漬太多了，另外沖涼熱水不夠熱。
送的早餐比較簡單款式不多。
