Although this is a four-star hotel, the amenities I had in the room at work kind of outdated the rooms definitely need an upgrade as they did in the hallway

咋説呢，先説好的地方酒店是不錯雖然老式裝修但是各項設施挺全的，早餐也真好吃。
不好的地方就是，半夜隔壁打呼嚕根個電鑽似的，屋裡能聽見。
不愉快的地方，訂單須知根本就沒顯示要求交按金，前台辦入住非要求交200按金，不想計較交了就算了。結果第二天退房的時候，説3分鐘就給我退，結果就給我忘了，回頭往酒店打了2次電話説馬上處理，都不處理，按金還要主動去要，哎…
既然訂單沒顯示要求交按金就不應該收按金，既然收了按金就行正常給人家退，還需主動去要才給退回…

這次來營口旅行，入住華天大飯店，體驗感簡直滿分！我身體不太方便，原本還擔心旅途會有些艱難，沒想到從前台辦理入住起，就收穫了滿滿的温暖。入住期間，服務員每次遇到我，都會熱情打招呼，有一回我需要一些生活用品，電話打過去沒多久，就有人送來了，效率超高。酒店的設施也很完善，房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，讓我能好好休息。

優點：房間寬敞，有浴缸可以泡澡；水壓充足，熱水滾燙，洗浴爽快。
建議：窗户關不嚴，有馬路的嘈雜聲。
大堂美麗寬敞，有停車位方便自駕，總體感覺良好。

大堂裝修後挺亮堂，床和枕頭也很舒服，
酒店也是屬於比較老的，房間設施都比較老式
廁所洗臉池也漏不下去…因為沒怎麼用就將就了，重點在於床睡得舒服。

酒店環境優雅，客房乾淨整潔，入住的時候，空房不緊張，前台小姐姐還給升了房，性價比超高！退房還有伴手禮！
房間裝修略顯老舊，不過從價格出發，這根本不是缺點，屋內設施都很好用！

中規中矩的傳統酒店，大廳重新裝修過，房間雖然還是老的設施，但住起來也還算舒適。淋浴房有點小，洗的時候感覺有點縮手縮腳。

入住時地上還留着上一個顧客留下的煙殼紙沒打掃乾淨，空調衹有制熱沒有製冷。最重要的是因為染過發擦頭髮的毛巾稍微帶一點紅色説：“洗不乾淨”就扣按金，（都還沒有洗，而且酒店清洗毛巾床單是理所應當的，就做結論了）
