Individual travelers and groups are separated, otherwise they might not be able to eat together with the ladies. There is a big bathing pool in the room, the water flow is strong and it is hot. I am very satisfied and dissatisfied. The place is generally hygienic. There are no disposable slippers, no paper towels, and no tea bags. The most ridiculous thing is that the pillowcases and quilt covers actually have a big hole. This is not the case even in express hotels or B&Bs. Such a big hotel has such broken linen. I also informed the customer service as soon as I found out about it for a customer (for fear of deducting my deposit).
