我是帶父母出遊，開始一切都很好，房間新，面積大早餐可口，家庭房含兩份早餐，華住會金卡又送一份，保安大哥幫給安排比較寬敞的停車位，直到退房後問題來了。
本來答應了前台會給5星好評，畢竟入住時是比較滿意的，當時就説了有時間寫點評，然後在當天就微信催要兩次，我這天一直在開車並和店家説了，到是不微信催了，晚上到烏市剛準備吃晚飯，大概是21點多電話打過來了（我是11點多退的房），我以為又是要好評，結果是問我入住時房間幾個枕頭，我回覆沒有缺少枕頭時，店家的回覆是“那沒事，算了”。請問你這是什麼意思？你是覺得我們拿了你的枕頭嗎？還是我沒及時給你們好評特意來噁心人的？

房間很大，環境衞生都很好。停車也比較方便，會有保安大哥協助指路，還會幫忙拿行李！
前台小姐姐人很熱情，聽到深夜到達想吃點宵夜，推薦了不遠的夜市。
各項服務都挺滿意，下次有機會來伊寧還會住
