Yili Hotel

This hotel is the best in Yili, just like a small hotel. I have to keep an eye on the temperature of the water heater when taking a shower, and I feel anxious when I see the temperature drop. The bed sheets are dirty, and there are small insects in the room. It is very troublesome to take the elevator, you need to turn, and there is no sign. I couldn't find the exit when I checked out the next day. There were three waiters, but none of them gave me any directions.

Facilities: The equipment is a bit old. The most uncomfortable thing is that the toilet sewer has a strong odor. At first, the hotel gave me a room on the second floor. Because it was too smelly, I changed to a room on the sixth floor. The sixth floor was good when I first checked in, but the sewer was still smelly at night. It was really bad. There are washing machines and dryers in the laundry room, but there is no laundry detergent or laundry bags. It is a very bad experience for a five-star hotel to have none of these equipment. Hygiene:  It's average. The toilet is smart electric, but the water spray is too strong, and your butt will get wet. Environment: The hotel environment is good, with many flowers, plants and trees. Service: It's okay. Basically, it responds to requests and the attitude is good.
