The only good thing is the location because it is right in the night market. Unlike other hotels under this brand, the environment is quite dirty. The hallway floors are dirty in all areas. The staff was ok, but not that great. I asked for body wash because it was running low, I was told to use shampoo instead, and she mentioned that it’s exactly the same thing.
Inside the room, it’s very disappointing. The room is not what I saw on photos, the bed lamb was falling off, towel had a stain, and the floor was very dirty. Another unfortunate event, which was an accident, was that the hotel had a blackout for some time, while every single places nearby was fine.
