The facilities are new, and there's no formaldehyde smell, even though it opened a year ago. The environment is excellent. I'll definitely choose this place again when I come back to Yiwu. It offers great value for money, and the staff were very friendly."

My only minor complaint was that the day we checked in, they had just cleaned the carpets, and since it was rainy, the hallway had a bit of a strong odor. That was a slight downer."

"Had a terrible hotel experience. When I came back late at night to get into my room, the front desk staff had a really bad attitude, like I owed them money. Also, the hotel's elevators don't require a key card to operate, which means zero security. They were also very slow with issuing the invoice; I sent the request ages ago and they still haven't processed it. The hotel facilities are basic. There are so many hotels in the area, and I chose this one because it was a bit more expensive, thinking it would be better, but it was really disappointing. Avoid, avoid, avoid!"
