The room was great, and the location couldn't be better – right in the ancient city. It's very close to transportation links, making it super convenient for exploring and sightseeing. It was also wonderfully quiet at night. The host provided excellent, very warm, and friendly service. A word of advice for visitors to the ancient city: steer clear of buying local fruits like Haishenguo and Bayuezhá – they are absolutely disgusting!

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The owner was very kind and welcoming, even helping us carry our luggage from the gate to the hotel upon arrival. On our departure day, he personally sent us to the gate early in the morning at 6am, which we truly appreciated. Overall, it was a good and comfortable stay with warm hospitality. Halal restaurants is nearby and easy to find.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist, making the entire stay smooth and enjoyable. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and every detail was handled with professionalism. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with modern amenities that made us feel right at home. The bed was especially comfortable, allowing us to rest well after exploring the beautiful surroundings. Every aspect of the room design showed careful thought and attention to detail. The hotel facilities were also excellent with clean toilet . The atmosphere of the hotel perfectly blended comfort with traditional look, creating a memorable stay. They also got beautiful view of Jade Mountain at their rooftop. Overall, Lijiang Hotel truly impressed us with its quality service, comfort, and hospitality. So spacious and incredibly clean! The service was absolutely impeccable and super thoughtful. Just fantastic! Plus, it's really close to the bus stop for Snow Mountain, which was a huge convenience. Definitely a five-star rating! Oh, and I almost forgot to mention – they even gave us complimentary flower pastries!

The owner was incredibly kind; they even personally picked us up when we changed hotels. The room was spotless. When we couldn't book a room for our second night, the owner went above and beyond to help us find a solution. The inn is also very close to the ancient city, just a five-minute walk away. There are plenty of delicious local snacks nearby, offering fantastic value for money! I highly recommend Yunshang Yunduan Inn!! A huge thank you to the proprietress for her patient service during our two-day stay.

A big thank you to the owner for helping us with our luggage into the car! The accommodation was superb. The small courtyard featured a lovely central patio, and our room faced a large flower garden. On a rainy day, lying in the guesthouse and listening to the rain was truly idyllic. Regarding transportation, there are many electric scooter rental shops nearby. It's also right next to Zhongyi Market, which offers plenty of delicious street food. Everything you need – from food and shopping to getting around – was incredibly convenient.

Regarding the Accommodation Experience: A truly heartwarming stay! The host is incredibly outgoing and hospitable, showing thoughtful care throughout our entire trip, from before check-in until we departed. Any questions or feedback, both prior to and during our stay, could be conveniently shared in the group chat. Upon reaching the ancient town's entrance, the host kindly came with a cart to help us with our luggage. They also reminded us to bring umbrellas and stay safe when it rained, and invited us for tea. The guesthouse has a lovely big dog named Timo, who is absolutely adorable! 🥰 Regarding the Location: The location is great! It's just a few minutes' walk from the South Gate and very convenient for visiting Zhongyi Market. The starting station for the 101 bus to the Snow Mountain is right here, ensuring you can always get a seat. Within the ancient town, it's a tranquil spot away from the main hustle and bustle, making it wonderfully quiet and peaceful at night. Regarding the Accommodation Environment: This Naxi-style wooden guesthouse has a very cozy ambiance. It's well-equipped with excellent facilities. The air conditioning works great, and there's a humidifier. The bathroom features a large makeup mirror and a heated towel rack, and disposable towels are provided, which is very convenient. I especially loved the large window by the bed. The guesthouse also offers a washing machine and plenty of hangers.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The room was not properly cleaned, with noticeable dirt and even a booger stuck to the curtain. The bathroom was in poor condition, with soap scum all over the shower walls. There was also a lack of essential supplies, including toilet paper, which was not replenished during my stay. To make matters worse, the hotel doesn't change the sheets or towels daily, which is a basic expectation for any hotel. There were also no slippersfor the room provided, just for the shower, which made walking around the room uncomfortable. One of the most frustrating aspects was the lack of privacy in the bathroom area. There is no curtain or door separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom or the room itself. This made the entire space feel exposed, and when using the shower, everything got wet, including the floor outside the bathroom. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay, specially a group of friends.

The host was also incredibly welcoming. They proactively contacted us regarding our arrival time, helped with our luggage, and even offered complimentary flower cakes and seasonal fruits. This thoughtful hospitality truly made us feel special! The room was also very clean.
