"Location: It's near Heilongtan and a short walk to the old street. There are shops and restaurants around the hotel. Service: All the staff were welcoming and friendly. For example, they helped carry my luggage before I even arrived at the hotel, helped contact the airline when my flight was delayed, and replaced my hairdryer at midnight. They also gave good advice on places to visit. Room condition: The room is modern and can be controlled with AI voice commands to turn lights, curtains, and air conditioning on and off (Chinese language only). The bathroom is spacious, the air conditioning is cool, but the room door is not very soundproof. Food: Breakfast is a set menu with unlimited refills. What I liked most was the afternoon tea with fruit served while enjoying the view of the Yulong Mountain. There was also a Suyoucha-making workshop in the evening, which was a fun activity and allowed me to chat with other guests."

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, equipped with a coffee maker and humidifier, which is very convenient. The hotel also provides buggy service for transportation within the premises and offers a good selection of restaurants. The check-out process was handled very efficiently by a lovely lady named Angel. I would definitely come back again if I have the chance."

"My partner and I stayed at Pullman Lijiang Resort & Spa for two nights during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday. Overall, our experience was mixed. The highlight of our stay was definitely the villa itself. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was excellent—one of the most comfortable hotel beds we have slept on in a long time. We had two very restful nights, and the room provided a peaceful environment to relax after exploring Lijiang. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not live up to the hotel’s luxury branding, price point, or rating. While the property may once have been a premium resort, it now feels dated and in need of renovation. Many of the facilities and amenities appear worn, and the overall condition of the hotel gives the impression that it has not been maintained to the standard expected of a luxury resort. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The Western selection was very limited and of questionable quality, while the Chinese options were equally underwhelming. Even basic items such as the baozi did not taste freshly made. For a hotel in this price range, the food quality was surprisingly poor and far below expectations. Having stayed at many other hotels across China, including less expensive and less prestigious brands, I have often enjoyed significantly better breakfast offerings and overall value. The dining experience simply does not reflect the premium rates charged by this property. In summary, if you value a large villa and a comfortable bed, this hotel may still be worth considering. However, those expecting a true luxury resort experience, modern facilities, and high-quality dining may find themselves disappointed. The accommodation itself was enjoyable, but the amenities, maintenance, and food quality need significant improvement to justify the hotel’s reputation and pricing."

The hotel itself is a mini-attraction, with individual villas containing suites, each area offering a distinct view perfect for photos. The north gate leads directly to Lijiang Old Town, and it's only about a kilometer to Dayan Flower Lane, making it convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. It caters to both those who enjoy a lively atmosphere and those who prefer peace and quiet. Room service is incredibly prompt and almost always fulfills requests. Breakfast, in-room dining, and the Chinese restaurant all offer excellent food quality – I highly recommend the mushroom hotpot. A spa session upon arrival was the perfect cure for travel fatigue. Thanks to the promotional activities, my stay was very pleasant. The room was cozy and clean. A well-deserved five-star rating for my three-night stay."

Unlike most hotels hidden deep inside Lijiang Old Town, you do not have to drag bags across long cobblestone streets. Great for Muslims: Super convenient because it is located very close to multiple halal restaurants. Bathroom Note: There is no bidet, but we easily managed by using the clean dustbin as a water bucket. Room & Views: The room was clean and featured a lovely balcony with stunning, scenic views. Helpful Staff: The team was incredibly supportive and gave us great assistance for our trip to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. No Elevator: Keep in mind there are no lifts. The staff kindly carried our heavy bags up at check-in. There was no one at the counter to help us carry them down during our very early morning checkout, but it was still perfectly fine for us.!"

"This guesthouse is super photogenic! The log cabin design paired with green plants means every corner is a picture-perfect spot. The tea room and books really add to the artistic vibe. It's the perfect escape from the city, so relaxing and comfortable. I loved it!"

Come early for breakfast if u are here during this time because there was practically nothing much left this morning. It was fine on the first day. I stayed two days. I think what attracted me to this hotel were the workshops and other activities they offer. It is also near shuhe ancient town which has a more rustic charm as compared to the other ancient towns. They are also a 7 min drive away from Muyu and Lan restaurant, some of their popular trending restaurants here. Overall the environment is very chill and has lots of green. You can call for a buggy to bring u to the main entrance or back to your room. The rooms are villa style which is refreshing after the minsu(s) I stayed in. Cleanliness wise esp the floor could be better, I gave the feedback and they immediately got housekeeper to clean up for me. A good value stay when you get the voucher on the app. I will come back again. Ps. There are 3 resorts in the same area which can be confusing. But just get the"

For comparable amenities, the price was affordable and offered excellent value, making it a top choice for family trips. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Lijiang!"
