Unlike most hotels hidden deep inside Lijiang Old Town, you do not have to drag bags across long cobblestone streets. Great for Muslims: Super convenient because it is located very close to multiple halal restaurants. Bathroom Note: There is no bidet, but we easily managed by using the clean dustbin as a water bucket. Room & Views: The room was clean and featured a lovely balcony with stunning, scenic views. Helpful Staff: The team was incredibly supportive and gave us great assistance for our trip to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. No Elevator: Keep in mind there are no lifts. The staff kindly carried our heavy bags up at check-in. There was no one at the counter to help us carry them down during our very early morning checkout, but it was still perfectly fine for us.!"

The water temperature is always just right, so it's never cold in winter or too hot in summer, thanks to the smart temperature control – super convenient. The pool is right in the courtyard, so it's just a few steps back to your room after a swim. The smart toilet is a thoughtful touch too. The owner mentioned they use an eco-friendly heat pump for the pool. Enjoying breakfast with the sunlight by the pool gave me such a huge sense of happiness! Highly recommend!"

"This is a new hotel with a great variety of breakfast options and excellent service. The parking lot is huge and even has charging stations. Unfortunately, it rained both days I stayed, so I didn't get to see Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. A tip for anyone coming to Lijiang: always check the weather beforehand and book your tickets for the Great Cableway in advance, otherwise you might not get any."

Welcomed at the alley by the manager, greeted with warm smiles and great hospitality towards the kids by giving us a free upgrade to a bigger room (based on availability). Breakfast choices were simple, healthy, and fulfilling each day. Really nothing beats a slow morning looking out at the majestic mountain. The hotel staff were all approachable and easily reached via WeChat, they really went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Rooms were clean and spacious! They also offer a complimentary tea set, a free shuttle to an ancient town of our choice, and a free airport transfer. The hotel is a little hard to find at first, but we had no trouble getting Didi in and out daily. Would stay again if we come back to Lijiang!"
