The breakfast was also excellent. Highly recommend staying here!"

On our last day, when we asked for one extra breakfast to go, they refused. The staff even claimed breakfast was complimentary, which we didn't believe – it was clearly included in the room rate! Unlike other hotels, the overall experience felt very disingenuous."

Our room was beautiful and featured a large bathtub in front of a huge window with a breathtaking view of the lake and the Snow Mountain. Another highlight was the breakfast service. Breakfast was delivered directly to our room every morning, and the quality was excellent. We could choose between a Western breakfast and a Chinese breakfast, and the staff also carefully respected our dietary wishes, especially regarding not eating meat or pork. The service overall was outstanding. The staff were always reachable via WeChat and helped us with every request we had. We also really appreciated the complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off service. In addition, the team provided us with great information about local activities and even helped us find Muslim-friendly restaurants in the area, which made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. Overall, we are extremely satisfied and very thankful for the excellent service and the wonderful stay. Highly recommended!"
