"Absolutely love our stay here. It's in a quiet corner near to the Shuhe ancient town North Gate. The hotel will assist to bring your luggages from the gate to the hotel premise. Room is bigger than we expected from the photos. Complete amenities and floor heating and electronic toilet bowl with bidet were extremely useful for us - also a Laifen hairdryer wow! Breakfast spread had enough options to cater to different diets - we take halal/qingzhen/vegetarian food and could still enjoy it! Reason why we picked this hotel was because of the many activity offerings it has and these don't disappoint either. Wished we had more days here to enjoy more. Will come back again! Shout-out also to the owner who chose to use existing Naxi houses to refurbish to become this hotel -- I'm sure the maintenance takes a lot compared to building a totally new structure, yet they want to give an authentic experience to guests, and that's very admirable."

"If it were possible to give more than 5 stars for service, we would. Welcomed at the alley by the manager, greeted with warm smiles and great hospitality towards the kids by giving us a free upgrade to a bigger room (based on availability). Breakfast choices were simple, healthy, and fulfilling each day. Really nothing beats a slow morning looking out at the majestic mountain. The hotel staff were all approachable and easily reached via WeChat, they really went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Rooms were clean and spacious! They also offer a complimentary tea set, a free shuttle to an ancient town of our choice, and a free airport transfer. The hotel is a little hard to find at first, but we had no trouble getting Didi in and out daily. Would stay again if we come back to Lijiang!"

They also assist in carrying your luggage to and from the cab drop-off point. Convenient to hail a Didi ride (pickup/drop-off point is Bread Man 面包人). Overall, this property is a great value for your money."

"Staying three nights at this snow mountain view B&B was hands down the best decision of our trip! Five stars, no doubt 🌟. The service was incredibly attentive; right from booking, we felt the owner's warmth. Not only did it include free transfers to nearby attractions, but the driver was punctual every day, helped with our luggage, and completely took the stress out of transportation – super convenient. The B&B itself was a pleasant surprise too. The whole-house smart system was sophisticated and convenient, with voice control for lights, AC, and curtains. In the morning, I just had to say, 'open curtains' from bed, and the majestic snow-capped mountains appeared unobstructed before my eyes. At night, it automatically adjusted to sleep-aid mode – the blend of technology and nature was absolutely brilliant. What truly captivated me was the ever-changing scenery. In the early morning, the 'Golden Mountain' phenomenon painted the snow peaks with a golden glow, a truly breathtaking sight. In the evening, the sunset's fiery clouds colored the sky like a vibrant oil painting. On the afternoon of our third day, after a brief shower, a huge rainbow arched across the mountains, and we couldn't help but cheer. These three days, from dawn to dusk, every window offered a living landscape. Even better, the value for money was excellent; for such a premium view and service, the price was very affordable. I've already recommended it to all my friends and will definitely bring my family back next time. It far exceeded all expectations!"

"Pros: 1. Superb location! Cars can easily drop off or pick up at the entrance of the homestay. No need to walk or drag your luggages. A side street entrance to the old town is also right there beside it. There are also a lot of restaurants and stores within the area (not within the old town). 2. Rooms are big and spacious. The living room has a table, couch, and clothes hanger. Each room has their own TV. Beds are huge and comfortable. 3. Unlimited water bottles for the duration of your stay. Just get from their supply, no need to ask! 4. Washer and dryer machines are free to use, though only 1 of each are available. Cons: 1. Cleanliness needs to be improved. The staff asked us if we want to have our rooms cleaned which was proactive of them, but they only fixed the bedding and replenished the toiletries. The floor wasn't actually sweeped nor were the tables wiped. So when we got back at the end of the day, the room felt a bit dirty. 2. The water on the floor from the shower area spills to the outside, so even the wc and supposedly dry area of the bathroom becomes wet with water. We had to ask the staff for a towel for the floor to stop the water from spreading out. 3. There was no rack or hanger to place your clothes when you shower. This is a feature a lot of homestays miss. 4. Breakfast was not very good. But there are a lot of restaurants outside anyway, so you can definitely choose to get breakfast there instead."

"I booked for two days as a solo traveler. The room was very spacious, and having an elevator made it much more convenient than staying inside the old town. My main activity was hiking, which meant my clothes would get sweaty and dusty. The hotel having a washer-dryer combo was incredibly convenient for this, but unfortunately, it suddenly stopped drying on the second day, which was a real shame. The room was well-equipped, though some amenities had minor imperfections. For example, the Xiao Ai smart speaker wasn't connected to the internet, so its smart functions couldn't be used; the hotel might need to ensure it's properly connected. Overall, at this price point, it's an excellent choice. I'd definitely come back again."
