Was very disappointed as both the lifts were out of order. Saw hotel guests lagging heavy luggage’s up and down the stairway.

I’ve extended my stay as I’m enjoying my room. It’s a great hotel, fantastic location, spacious and clean. Breakfast is fab. I’m not understanding any of the negative reviews?! It is a 20 min walk from the station but that’s because most of the attractions are a 15 minute walk from the station anyway! I would definitely book here again.

Not Hilton quality.Rooms require renovation.Stained carpets, cracks, no lift.Poor quality and very limited breakfast.
Location is near to Minster and Samples.

It was nice. Their staff is really helping and cool . Very welcoming. Breakfast could have been better with more vegetarian (excluding eggs) and vegan options!
